Unit is literally steps away from one of two on-site pools and outdoor grilling areas. Short walk, bike, or complimentary shuttle ride to the beach.

Villa is well maintained and equipped with high-end finishes along with all the creature comforts of home. Recently remodeled bathrooms, kitchen, and wet bar feature granite counters, dual sink vanities, and large walk-in shower. Cookware, dishware, utensils, and linens provided. Other villa conveniences include a stacked washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, free wifi, (3) 55” TVs, DVD player, and stereo receiver.

This 1,350 sq ft vacation condo can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. A second bedroom can be set up with either a king or 2 twin beds and has its own bath with dual sink vanity and combination shower/tub. A sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 more people. Sorry, NO PETS!

Unit is fully managed by Ocean Palms via the Westin resort, which is available to address any issue regarding your stay. As an extra benefit, you will have use of all facilities at the Westin resort including free use of the multiple pools, health club, resort shuttle, and direct access to the beach. Additionally, the Westin has 3 restaurants, pool and ocean-side luxury cabanas for rent, Heavenly spa- All available at an additional charge.

Villa rental includes 4 daily rounds of golf with paid cart rental (Port Royal - Barony, Port Royal - Robbers Row, Shipyard, Oyster Reef) and one hour of tennis or pickle ball court time (Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club). Tennis and pickle ball courts are only a two minute drive or complimentary shuttle ride from the villa. The cost of golf tee time and tennis court time is included in the rental fees, but the golf cart rental and any additional equipment rentals are offered at additional charge.
