Maravilla 1104- Newly Renovated Ground Floor 3 BR w/ Beach Service & Pickleball!

TOTAL INTERIOR RENOVATION COMPLETED February 2025 !

This ground floor condo in Maravilla features 2 king suites and a bunk room, which can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Unit has beautiful, new LVP flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, new light fixtures. Beautiful, new furnishings and decor. Fully stocked kitchen. New large screen smart TV’s in living room, both king suites and in bunk room.

Property sleeps 1-6 guests, maximum of 4 adults.

This luxury resort property features private, gated beach access, 2 pools (1 heated) and a hot tub, 2 pickleball and 1 tennis court, a half-court basketball hoop, shuffleboard, and fitness room.

RENTAL AGREEMENT (on our VRBO page) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH RESERVATION REQUEST.

Although our Cancellation Policy is “Moderate” you may want to consider Travel Insurance for unexpected events after the refund dates.

See attached Rental Agreement for details and contact information. Please submit completed Rental Agreement and a copy of valid Driver’s License with rental request.

We stock a starter set of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, bath soap, etc. Guests provide their own beyond that.

Guests to provide their own beach towels and/or toys.

Complimentary beach service (which includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella) is included with rental from March-October. Additional sets are available for rent through LDV Beach Service. Please check-in with Beach Attendant for beach setup.

The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The beach is just steps away across the road. We loved our stay.

Great accommodations! It is right at the beach, great road access to nearby attractions. Great owners, very flexible and communicative with any issues, of which were very minor. Will definitely rent again!

Great location and Amenities

Our stay here was fantastic. Great location to pools, beach and restaurants all within walking distance. The owner responded immediately and was very accommodating. I would recommend to family and friends alike to stay here.

Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt comfortable. This place was 2minutes to the pool and 4 minute walk to the beach. We loved the close parking, quick access to pool and beach and the easy passcode entry system.

Family Getaway

The property was gorgeous and located in a perfect spot. The walk to the beach took about 2 minutes and we had chairs and an umbrella. Chris was an amazing host and provided great communication. We will be starting here again on our next visit.

Beautiful Condo!

Our family of four, along with my in-laws, had a fantastic stay at this Miramar Beach condo! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding made it feel like home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We come to this area every year, and this condo is definitely one we’ll be booking again. Big thanks to Chris for being such a wonderful host!

The cleanest condo we’ve ever had!

This unit is newly renovated and everything was so clean! The king size beds are very comfortable with soft sheets & bedding. Nice TV’s in unit too! We felt just as comfortable as our own home while staying here. Easy walk to pool or beach. The owner was very nice and quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Spotless Family Condo

We truly enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break with our littles. This condo is BRAND NEW and spotless. The interior was by far my favorite at Maravilla with a fully stocked kitchen. Thought was poured into this and were thankful to be one of the firsts to try it out.

This has to be one of the nicest, cleanest, extremely well stocked condos I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at many!! Chris was in constant communication which is another huge plus!! Great location to the beach, which had our chairs and umbrella setup for us daily! You have so many restaurant choices some within walking distance. If you’ve never stayed in Miramar Beach with its white sand and beautiful aqua blue water, give this 5 star condo a chance. I promise you’ll be absolutely delighted!!

Everything was so easy, from checking in, which was a breeze compared to some places we've stayed! A text message was sent with full details and codes for the main gate to the front door. The layout of the condo is perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped, even had a crockpot to make a dinner in while we were at the beach all day. It was very short walk to the beach. All the extra activities at the complex were also easy to get to and awesome to have for something to do besides be at the beach all day. We were really pleased with everything about our stay and will be booking this condo again in the future.

An excellent location for our weekend 30A getaway! The condo is beautiful and sits a short walk away from the emerald coast and casual restaurants. The host was so easy to work with, answered all of my questions quickly, and even recommended local favorites for dining. Super experience!

We really enjoyed staying here, very clean, Chris was extremely attentive. Very quiet, which is really important to me. House was very well stocked, kitchen had everything we needed, but i couldn't find a pizza cutter lol. Loved it.
