This unique beachfront condo in Surf City USA is in the prime location of Huntington Beach. The only complex built on the sand in a private, guard-gated community with abundant guest parking. Enjoy morning walks on the sand or sunset views of Catalina Island on the expansive deck.
Located next to the pier with local attractions like street fairs, surf contests, Annual Air Show, and fireworks from the pier on the 4th of July. The space offers luxury and comfort in every room.
This stylish and calming atmosphere is perfect with the sound of the waves in the background. 2 bedrooms with murphy beds and highly comfortable bedding deliver a good nights rest. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and family room with leather reclining seats. The home has been remodeled and has everything you may need. Just bring your bathing suit!
Guest will be given the remote, door code and key fob for beach access.

Pool is heated beginning in Spring. Community showers by the pool bathrooms with saunas.. Community gym and laundry facilities open 8am-10pm.
Shared deck and patio furniture. Please be respectful and put all furniture back where it was. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8:am. No parties over 10 without permission of the neighbors.
Bbq on deck is propane.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and a valid government-issued photo ID are required.
- Guests who overstay past 11:00 AM after checkout will be charged $50 per hour.
Please no parties inside or on deck. The clubhouse is available for booking parties with advance reservations according to availability.
Association rules apply which will be provided with booking reservation.
