Set back from the road, the screened-in porch is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset. Amenities include a fully-stocked kitchen, high-quality 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers and cable TV. With a nearby beach, tennis, playground and restaurant, you have everything you need and more.

Great Place to stay. Good location.

We loved staying at this cozy cottage. Sitting on the screened porch with a morning coffee was a perfect way to start the day. Morning walks along the shore and in the and evenings were so lovely. It is a perfect location for exploring Boothbay, Wiscasset, Rockland, Camden, Damariscotta and Pemaquid Point which we did during our stay. I hope to come back again in the future.

Ocean Point Cottage

This was a great cottage on Ocean Point! The location was perfect, decor was cute, and it had everything you could need. One of my favorite spots was on the screened in porch listening to the waves. Enjoyed the sunsets as well! Hope to return in the future!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cottage celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary and we loved everything about it!! We would love to rent it out for a season...but that is just a dream...HA!

Gem on ocean Point

Ship's Wheel is a class Ocean Point Cottage with a great cottage feel but modern and up to date at the same time. We especilly enjoyed the location and ocean views. The kitchen ws large and well equipped and all the technology (TV, wifi) worked wonderfully. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return.

An unexpected jewel on the coast of Maine

Very comfortable (although a bit chilly in the morning as we did not use the gas heated through the nightime). Nothing was missing, very well furnished. This part of Maine was unknown to us and we have been very pleased to discover it. What a beautiful spot! Thanks for everything!

Special place at Ocean Point

Ship’s Wheel is an amazing cottage with a wonderful view of the water at Ocean Point. It is a lovely, and well-appointed with wonderful linens and a very comfortable bed. The screened-in porch was a wonderful place to sit and visit with family. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Ship’s Wheel and we will definitely return!!

Absolutely relaxing

The most relaxing and beautiful location we have visited. If you are looking to kick back and relax this is the place to be! The views are stunning and the beaches have a rugged beauty.

Beautiful!

This was one of the most relaxing stays we have had anywhere. The cottage has a lovely view of the ocean. The front porch is screened in with a cute sitting area. We had everything we needed (pots, pans, gas grill, etc.) to cook. The reference binder left by the host was very informative with many tips on dining, shopping, beaches, points of interest, etc. Our two children loved the proximity to the ocean and the chance to look for seashells. The beds were clean and comfortable and the coastal decor was adorable. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Stay at Boothbay

My wife and I stayed at the lovely "Ship's Wheel" cottage on Ocean Point in East Boothbay. It is a very comfortable, cozy home. The host made everything easy for us. The location can't be beat! Beautiful area to walk and gaze out on Booth Bay. We enjoyed the stroll in the evening to take in the sunset. The town of Boothbay is a great place to shop.

Loved our stay at this home

We stayed here for a week to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary. We were overwhelmingly pleased with this property. The house had everything we needed and was a great way to rest and celebrate. The view from the front porch was breathtaking. The area the property is in was unbelievable scenic and we enjoyed every moment. The owners were there to answer every question we had and provide local info whenever we needed it. If we could, we would return there as often as possible. We strongly recommend and encourage you to stay at this house. you won’t be sorry!!!

Just what we needed!

We had such a great time at Ship's Wheel! The location was perfect...lovely neighborhood and wonderful views. This was our first visit to Boothbay but it certainly won't be our last.

Wonderful Cottage by the Ocean

Sweet, comfortable, clean cottage on the ocean with spectacular views, a cozy fireplace, effective gas heater, really comfortable beds and the wind and rolling waves. Pure vacation. Utter relaxation. Owners live next door and were so helpful. We loved our stay.

Perfect cottage in perfect place

Ocean point is one of my favorite places on earth, and this charming cottage is a real gem. Old fashion beach cottage with all the modern amenities. Cozy and warm on a cool fall day with a wonderful screened in porch for reading or writing. Totally private and quiet, but close to everything you could want or need. I’ll be back next year.

A little piece of Heaven

This by far was the best cottage we have ever stayed in Maine. Ocean Point is so beautiful.The view from the front porch was spectacular. Pam the property manager was so helpful. We had the chance meeting of the property owners too..Very nice and friendly people. Can not wait to go back next summer. Thank you!
