Absolutely Beautiful, Comfortable, and Truly Felt Like HomeThis home in Oriental was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The wrap-around deck is incredible and overlooks the water, giving you peaceful views no matter where you are. Everywhere you look, there are windows—out the front you feel nicely private with trees, and out the back you’re looking directly over the water.The house is very spacious and thoughtfully set up. There are four bedrooms, all with dressers for clothing, and the kids’ bunk room was especially great—large, comfortable, with a TV and two fun chairs they loved hanging out in. The two bathrooms had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, which was a nice touch.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We cooked almost every day (at least one meal a day), and there wasn’t a single thing missing. The appliances were great, and we appreciated having both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot—perfect for different preferences. There’s also a washer and dryer, which made the stay even more convenient.Outside, the property is just as wonderful. There’s a nice yard, a dock where you can pull up a boat, and plenty of places to relax. Below the deck there’s a swing, a couple of hammocks, and what looked like equipment you could use in the summer, such as kayaks and bikes (you’d want to confirm details with the owner). The area feels very private, with only a few neighbors, all of whom were quiet and friendly. We
