This Pristine 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a pull out sofa is a perfect beach retreat located on Balboa Island. Our home was just remodeled and professionally designed. We're located Just one house away from the water and a short walk from Balboa Islands Marine Ave which features shops, restaurants, and world famous Balboa Bars! The home features a cozy interior with thoughtful design elements, making it ideal for those seeking an upscale escape on the water.
For added convenience, the home comes with a shed fully stocked with beach essentials, ensuring you're ready for fun by the water. Whether you're soaking up the sun or exploring the nearby shores, this residence blends comfort, practicality, and the beauty of island living.

Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and one block from Marine Ave., the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques and note-worthy restaurants. Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.
