This family friendly home is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy all that the SOBX has to offer. This coastal style home offers high end finishes, full kitchen appliances, waterfront views, and much more. It is a perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. The high speed internet offers the highest speed wifi in the area, enabling you to stream from all 5 TV's and work remotely if needed.


The backyard is a sound front oasis, offering spectacular sunset views. There is seating, a table, and sunbathing chairs available for guests to use. This area is perfect to cool down in the North Carolina sun, unwind while reading a book or enjoy an evening cocktail by the water. There is a propane grill, outdoor shower and games such as cornhole and giant jenga available for guests in the backyard.


The kitchen is an open space to the main living area. The kitchen is open flowing, so you can cook, entertain and be a part of conversation between the living room, and dining area all at the same time. The island has barstool seating for four guests, which is just a few feet away from the dining area, which is an all wood table that seats 6 guests. Eat dinner with water views at the same time.


The living room has a giant sectional, provided enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. The 50" smart TV can be seen from the couch, dining area, and kitchen, so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies.


The master bedroom has a king bed to accommodate up to two guests in the room. The bedroom has a 24" Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, large mirror and a closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This bedroom includes a full length mirror behind the bathroom door and oversized dresser.


The first guest bedroom is adjacent to the master and has a queen bed to accommodate up to two guests. There is a TV in the bedroom for live TV or streaming. This room is ideal for families traveling with children that want a little more privacy from the rest of the group or to be close to family in the master which shares a bathroom. The bedroom includes a dresser and a closet.


The second guest room is a bright and airy room, which includes a queen bed, mirror, TV with Roku and closet to store your luggage.


The third guest room has one queen bed and has direct access via sliding doors to the back deck. Wake up to the NC sunshine and glistening Bogue Sound. This bedroom has a TV with Roku and a closet for storing items.


Guest rooms two and three share a full bathroom equipped with a walk in shower.
Under the house, there is a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure.


The house comes with parking underneath and in the driveway. As soon as you park and unpack your luggage, the beach, restaurants and bars are a brief ride away. Additionally, the laundry room comes fully stocked with beach essentials such as an umbrella, kids beach toys, beach chairs, etc.
