Nuestra casa ha sido completamente renovado con detalles limpios y bien equipados. Tres dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Sala de estar de concepto abierto con cocina nueva, granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gran isla de cocina con encimera de cuarzo, asientos, asientos para 6 personas. Sol lleno, acogedora sala de estar con chimenea de gas, built ins, TV. Suite principal con baño completo, lavabo doble. Dos dormitorios adicionales, 1 es una oficina con un sofá muy cómodo sofá cama. Baño principal tiene una bañera / ducha y también alberga la lavadora y secadora. Espacio exterior ofrece un vallado en el patio trasero, patio de bluestone con mesa y sillas y proyectado en el porche. Perenne jardín y sillas de Adirondack para los días de verano o noches. Nuestra super ubicación está a minutos de todo lo que el centro de Saratoga Springs tiene para ofrecer. Se puede ir al centro de la ciudad a restaurantes, cine, cafeterías, Beekman St Arts Districto. Hay un sendero ferroviario 1 cuadra de nuestra casa, correr, caminar, bicicleta, esquí, raquetas de nieve para el Saratoga Spa State Park, SPAC, NYC Ballet, conciertos. Soo mucho que hacer cerca. 55 minutos a Gore Mountain o senderismo en el Adirondacks. 8 cuadras de Saratoga Race Track. Tenemos aparcamiento en la calle para 4 coches

Highly recommend!This is a lovely, well equipped home which was perfect for our four day friend's reunion. It's well located in town with restaurants, local attractions and walking opportunities being easily accessible, and Palma was a gracious, responsive host. I highly recommend this property for a enjoyable stay in Saratoga Springs.

The house was in a great spot walkable and bike-able to town and to the track. The living area was very comfortable and the screen porch was amazing.

Great home!

We just stayed here for my sisters 30th bday and the home itself is beautifully maintained and so welcoming ! The location is great, a 10 min walk to downtown. We would definitely come back and recommend it for all types of vacationers!

In town for a conference. Easy walk to the conference center, shopping and dining. Super cute, very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Saratoga springs convenience

Perfect place for our weekend stay for college graduation. Beautiful house, immaculately clean with fully equipped kitchen and lovely screened in porch. Walking distance from town and restaurants. Fabulous and very welcoming hosts!

Track Season

Short walk to downtown and walkable to track. Very clean and well stocked. Nice screen porch and patio. Good setup for 2-3 couples. Very easy check-in and communication. Would stay again!

Modern, like-new, cozy home close to downtown Saratoga

My family and I loved our stay here. Palma was communicative and had good recommendations for things to do and see in town. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was convenient to most everything; it is possible to walk downtown from here, and SPAC and the track are a very short (less than 5 min) drive away. The Tempur-pedic mattress in the master was especially appreciated. We look forward to staying again!

Great girls getaway weekend.

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Walking distance to busy Broadway St offerings. Enjoyed sitting areas in living room and quiet & private screened in porch. Kitchen was fully equipped (space shared with residents, plenty of room set aside for us) Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Would highly recommend this rental.

This place was spotless when we arrived. Our host was very responsive to our text msg. She was very knowledgeable about all things Saratoga Springs! The house had a very family vibe. All the family history photos conveyed the feeling of a home that had seen a lot of happy moments. It was a warm, comfortable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone spending some time in Saratoga. Located within a easy walk of the track and numerous restaurants and shops.

Convenient, quiet and homey!

We enjoyed a fun sisters weekend in Saratoga staying at this property. Nice and relaxing house layout with quaint porch and patio, convenient to walk to town. Kitchen well appointed with anything you needed. Central air worked great for a 94 degree day that we had. The only suggestion I would have is reducing the owners personal food and items that were present in refrigerator and bathroom. We would stay again!!

A Plus experience - book this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is charming, in an exceptional location, with a beautiful yard, a lovely screened in porch, gorgeous furnishings, a fully-equipped and well laid out kitchen, a very comfortable living room and three excellent bedrooms. It was just perfect for our visit to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. And Palma could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Book this gem for your stay and you will not be sorry.

Perfect weekend

Lovely home! Palma and Ron were gracious hosts (thanks so much for the basket of goodies!!) and the house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful screened-in porch and downtown is just a short walk away. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and spending time chatting with friends. There is a fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and the location is extremely convenient to a grocery store. We enjoyed our annual Dave Matthews weekend even more coming back to this wonderful home! We have lived in Saratoga Springs for 27 years and love this city and are thrilled that we can walk & ride our bikes around town to get to the state park, restaurants, movie theatre , YMCA, shopping, coffee shops & the racetrack. It is nice to not have to use your car. We love to travel and have stayed at homeaway/VRBO rentals. We love the concept of having the comforts of home with privacy when you are traveling.
