Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, first floor unit of a two family home. Only 3 minute walk from train service to NYC. Centrally located between the thriving downtowns of Westfield and Cranford, across the street from gym, groceries, & restaurants.
This luxurious home is equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay! Tall ceilings, large windows, private entrance, laundry, equipped kitchen, king/queen beds, central AC & heat controlled from unit, spacious living room/dining area.
This rental is for the entire 2bed/1bath first floor unit of a two family property. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay at your new home away from home.
Garwood is the best kept secret in NJ - it's a centrally located quiet town, nestled between two upscale downtowns - Cranford and Westfield - just a 2 minute drive in either direction.
All the essentials are in a strip mall across the street - groceries, gym, salon, liquor store, restaurants, pub, pharmacy, etc.
Train/bus service to NYC is a 3 minute walk, highways are a 5 minute drive, Newark airport 20 minute drive. NYC and the Jersey shore are 45 minute drives. The mountains of upstate NY are an hour north.
We travel a lot and know what makes for a great stay...
You'll sleep soundly on your comfortable king/queen sized beds with blackout shades/blinds.
The Wifi is blazing fast, 55" smart TV has all the apps and includes HBO.
The kitchen is fully stocked - dishwasher, brand new appliances, utensils, cookware, wineglasses, and cutlery.
You'll be comfortable with the central A/C and steam heat controllable from your unit.
Washer/drier in the basement, or arrange to have laundry picked up/dropped off from the laundromat down the block.
You're welcome to enjoy the shared backyard with grill.
