1. Call the Security Gate for Emergency’s (Red Cross, Police, Fire Dept. or any other emergency) Number by Elevator.
2. All renters and guests must wear bracelets.
3. Respect the maximum occupancy per unit
4. Quiet time is from 10PM until 9AM.
5. Pools are open from 10 AM to 10 PM. Swim suits are to be worn while in pool, shower off before swimming in pool, No running in pool area.
6. Maximum two vehicles per condominium, including cars, trucks, ATV, trailers, cars must display sticker or rental pass.
7. No towels or clothing is to be hung on the patio railing.
8. Do not use the elevator when wet.
9. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool or golf course area.
10. BBQ areas are to be shared, cleaned after use, and propane tanks turned off after use. No charcoal grills are allowed on the patios.
11. Trash must be taken to garbage containers.
12. There is no cleaning service in units.
13. Dog litter must be picked up, doggy bags are placed throughout the walkway and must have a leash at all times.
14. Music is to be heard only in the immediate area and is not to disturb other persons.
15. All directions from security staff or HOA Mgmt. must be followed. CB Golf Villas are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or personal injuries.
16. In Golf Course only “putter” should be used and children must be accompanied by adults.
17. Any additional inquiries from renters of their Unit must be addressed to their Rental Co.
