Resumen:

El lugar perfecto para hospedarse, justo en el centro de la principal área turística de Rocky Point, llamada "Sandy Beach". Estarás a poca distancia caminando de los mejores restaurantes, bares y antros turísticos, y a solo unos pasos de disfrutar de la última adición al resort: el SKY Lounge Bar, ubicado en el nivel de penthouse del Edificio E.

A menos de 5 minutos caminando de la playa, donde podrás caminar, llevar a tu perro y realizar muchas actividades como jets, paddle board, nadar, paseos en banana boat, etc. El condominio es muy cómodo, tiene dos recámaras y un sofá cama, ideal para familias.

El resort cuenta con 3 albercas, una de ellas climatizada, áreas de BBQ, voleibol de playa y un campo de minigolf.



El espacio:

2 recámaras, cada una con amplio espacio en los clósets. La recámara principal tiene excelentes vistas y acceso al balcón con vista al océano. Una amplia sala de estar con muebles cómodos y acceso al balcón, desde donde se ve el área de la alberca y el océano. El condominio cuenta con una excelente cocina gourmet y un área de comedor, para que puedas salir a comer o preparar tus propios platillos en el condominio. ¡Disfruta de tus comidas dentro o en el balcón! Además, el condominio tiene un agradable cuarto de lavandería a tu disposición durante tu estancia.

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Rocky Point.The unit was beautifully decorated and felt warm, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped with all the amenities we needed during our stay.The guest bedroom and guest bathroom were both lovely, and the master suite was exceptional. The master bathroom was spacious and beautifully done, and the bed was extremely comfortable. One of our favorite features was the sliding glass door from the master bedroom that opened onto the patio.The balcony was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean, palm trees, and one of the pools. It was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind in the evening.The living room was stylish and comfortable, the dining area was perfect for meals, and all of the linens and bedding were high quality and very comfortable.This was a wonderful place to stay, and we would not hesitate to book it again. Five stars all the way!

Everything was perfect, pet ares were clean, pools were in great condition. The apartment was very clean and had bo issues with anything. And communication with the host was perfect. Would absolutely recommend and we are definitely staying here in the future.

We had an excellent experience. The condo is perfect for our family and pet. It was very safe and security is outstanding. This location is close to the guard station so vehicles are always watched and secure. The lodging was stocked with everything that we needed. A true home away from home! Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Nice place. We had a hiccup with one of the showers and the dryer, however, I messaged the manager right away and the problem was fixed promptly. We felt safe on the property, the swim-up bar’s bartender was cool, and the view’s from the Sky Lounge 10 were amazing. They also have an awesome massage chair with a zero gravity option—Amazing!

Perfect location, perfect host

If you ever want to head down to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) book this place. It’s amazing location and the amazing host makes it a wonderful stay and it is close to everything, and close to the beach. You won’t regret it.

Very clean, host was very nice and easy to contact. Perfect location right next to the beach and fairly close to El Malecón. Not to mention it’s pet friendly. Would definitely recommend for everyone especially if you have children or pets.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodations were good. TVs were a bit difficult to use. The one in bedroom did not respond. Initial information and contact with manager/owner was somewhat confusing. Once the kinks were worked out we had a pleasant stay and would return and also recommend. Thank you.
