With access to a private boat launch and boat slip, feel free to take your cruiser with you on this vacation for serene rides around the lagoon or a trip into the Gulf through the Lagoon Pass. Perfect for families, Lagoon Run also provides access to a community pool, a gazebo over the water, two kayaks (with life jackets!), and fishing poles. After a day of endless activities, walk down to the sparkling private beach, where you can lounge in the sand, build sandcastles, or take a refreshing dip in the clear blue waters.



From the second you arrive until you’re ready to rest your eyes for the night, soak in the breathtaking views of the lagoon from your private balcony. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Designated parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required; 2 parking passes will be provided on the counter and do not need to be returned.

• Overflow parking is available in the parking lot. Boat trailer parking will need passes purchased separately.

• A Resort Fee of $55 will automatically be applied to all reservations to cover the cost of parking passes.
