Welcome to your perfect getaway! This 2 bed, 2bath loft is spacious, bright, and full of charm. With plenty of natural light and amazing city views, it’s the ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. You’ll be just steps away from Circle Centre Mall, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Convention Center, all easily accessible via the Skywalk. Whether you`re in town for work or play, this unit puts you right in the heart of downtown. Stay in style and comfort!!
You`ll be staying in the Block apartments, located in a historical building right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Originally a department store for the William H. Block Company and founded in 1874, it now offers bright and spacious lofts with local and historical charm.
You`ll have access to the entire unit and all the amenities that come with it. A reserved parking spot in the attached garage offers convenient downtown parking for your car while you walk to everything you need!
The building is connected to the city`s Skywalk, which connects most of downtown Indianapolis with INDOOR walkways! You can access Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Circle Center Mall and an abundance of wonderful dining experiences without bearing the cold winds during the winter months.
If you`re looking for the perfect combination of affordability and accessibility for your next trip to Indianapolis, look no further!!!
You`ll have full private access to the entire unit and the shared amenities on the 5th and 6th floor: a gym and theater room are located on the 6th floor, pool and air hockey tables on the 5th.
Host is available to answer and resolve any questions or issues related to your stay, but will not be on site unless necessary.
If you have any special requests or are in town for a holiday or event and would like any special decorations, please let the host know!

Penthouse at the block House Rules
Welcome to our Penthouse! To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review our house rules:
1. Check-in/Check-out Times:
• Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Please adhere to these times to allow for cleaning between stays.
2. Maximum Occupancy:
• The penthouse accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
3. No Smoking:
• Smoking is not permitted inside the penthouse. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke.
4. Noise Levels:
• Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
5. Pet Policy:
• Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. Please inquire before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
6. Cleanliness:
• We kindly ask that you leave the penthouse in good condition upon check-out. Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins and wash any used dishes.
7. Damages:
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any damages immediately so we can address them.
8. Quiet Hours:
• Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect the peace and quiet of the building.
9. Respect for Shared Spaces:
• If the building has shared areas (such as a lobby, gym, or theater room please follow all rules for those spaces. Clean up after yourself and be respectful of others.
10. No Illegal Activities:
• Any illegal activities (drugs, theft, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and the involvement of local authorities.
11. Use of Appliances:
• Please use all appliances (TV, kitchen equipment, etc.) with care. Do not leave any appliances running unattended.
12. Kitchen sink:
There is no garbage disposal so do not pour waste or grease in the sink.
13. Check-out Procedure:
• Before checking out, please ensure all windows and doors are locked, lights are turned off, and the thermostat is set to a reasonable temperature.
14. Security:
• For your safety, please lock the front door when leaving the penthouse and keep your keys secure there is a lost key fee of 150$.
15. Emergency Contacts:
• In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately through the Airbnb app or the provided phone number . Emergency numbers are also posted in the penthouse.
