Well-stocked kitchen with equipment to cook up some great meals such as an electric griddle, blender, food processor, and crock-pot. Also, a drip coffee pot with an automatic bean grinder to make the perfect pot of coffee.

In addition to the dining table, there is a large casual eating counter with many chairs.

On-site parking with a garage for 1 vehicle, large driveway with extra space to park your boat or other recreational toys.

40-minute drive to The Gorge Amphitheater and Cave B Winery.

Sleeping arrangements are perfect for small groups and children which include a Master bed with a king mattress, a guest room with a queen mattress, and another guest room wiht a bunk bed with twin and full-size mattresses, plus a twin trundle attached. The couch has an large easy pull-out with linen storage.

Other things to note:
Items in the garage such as yard games, chairs, hammock, lounges, grills, etc. are for your convenience to use.

A community Pool is available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Guests pay $4 per person when accompanied by our owner's badge. The name of the main guest must be provided to us at least 3 days prior to check-in to ensure we get you access to the pool for the weekend.

External security cameras on the property are located at exterior points of the property.

$25/ hr fee for early check-in or after check-out hours pending availability.
