No highway to cross so safe for families and easy to walk to sunset! Perfect for families, girls weekends, or just a couple's getaway. Designed with high-end luxury in mind, Hello Sunshine features a massive living room/kitchen area with Gulf views throughout. Step out on the balcony and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there's a luxe rainshower in primary bathroom.
KITCHEN: Huge island with sparkly countertop. Wash dishes and enjoy Gulf views. Fully stocked coffee and wine bar (you bring the wine, LOL).
Bespoke Samsung appliances lets you cook in the kitchen of your dreams (enjoy the hidden auto-fill water pitcher!) Large island seats 6 and dining table arrives soon. Cafe table on balcony and on ground floor gives you lots of options.

We love this townhouse because it is beachside so there are no roads to cross. You walk past two houses before your feet hit the sand - how great is that? This property is great for families, a girls weekend away, or as an executive retreat. The beach and sunset views are amazing and we designed the house to take advantage of the best views. The bike path is across the street and it spans the entirety of Mexico Beach and beyond.
Currently, there is a food truck located directly across the street with yummy Mexican food and other restaurants and shops are close by. A new grocery store is in the works just a few blocks away (likely to open in 2025).

Grab a cold drink from your beautiful kitchen and walk to the beach (you walk past two houses) without having to cross the highway. Of course, we provide you with a beach cart, beach towels, and sand toys - just bring your bathing suit! We provide much more than your typical rental and have tried to anticipate your every need. Yes, we have reading lamps, charging stations, wireless speakers, luxury towels, linens and robes. Yes, we have an all out beautiful coffee and wine bar. Yes to sunrises and sunsets from your balcony!
