This spacious two story 1350 square foot condo is located on the second and third floor. The entire condo has been updated. The living room, master bedroom and second bedroom have TV and free internet.

Quick walk to the private pool and ocean lookout. Beach access is a short distance from the pool area. Load up with beach gear and drive on the beach with your 4x4 / all wheel drive. Mary Street ocean access is just around the corner.

Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher,
blender, and toaster. Kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, drip coffee maker, and Keurigs in kitchen and bedrooms.

All linens and towels are included.

Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, floats, and coolers are provided for your use.

Board games and puzzles are available.

Sleeps 1-6 guests. The Master suite has a king-size bed, private bath and an in-suite smart tv. There is plenty of storage with two closets and two dressers. The private balcony provides seating for two with a view of the ocean. The in-room coffee center has a Keurig, coffee mugs, initial coffee and creamer cups.

The guest room has a queen-sized bed and in-room smart-tv. The shower/tub bath is located just outside the bedroom door. There is plenty of storage with a large closet and dresser. This personal balcony provides its own unique view of the ocean with seating for two. The in-room coffee center provides a Keurig, mugs, starter coffee and creamer cups.

Linens, blankets, and pillows are provided for the queen-sized pull-out sofa located in the living room. The 1/2 bath is conveniently located nearby.

Each bedroom and the living room has a ceiling fan with a remote control.
