Este condominio profesional de 3 dormitorios # 308 ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar, espaciosa cocina y sala de estar para relajarse después de un día en la playa, hacer turismo o ir de compras.
Anastasia 308 ofrece fácil acceso a las playas de San Agustín, tiendas de clase mundial en la Ciudad Vieja, recorridos históricos, restaurantes elegantes e informales, museos, excursiones en bote, conciertos, mercados de fin de semana para agricultores y excelente pesca. ¡También en San Agustín encontrarás una bodega y una destilería para recorrer, recreaciones históricas para observar y mucho más!

Esta unidad de tres dormitorios duerme cómodamente seis, con una cama King en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el segundo dormitorio y literas para los niños en el tercer dormitorio contiguo. A pedido de nuestros inquilinos, los colchones tanto en la habitación de invitados como en la habitación principal han sido reemplazados el 8/4/18.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. The booking was easy and the property manager was efficient. Check-in was no problem. The condo complex was beautiful! The condo was as pictured. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had a well equipped kitchen and the beds slept great (which was a big plus) The only negative is although there were plenty of towels there were only 2 regular washcloths. The others were small and fine weave and looked more like polishing cloths. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

The only issue we had the entire week was at check-in. Derrick, the property manager, was great about responding and got us fixed up. We had not received an email with instructioms for key pick-up and then our keys were not in the box when we got that worked out. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. Beach views were awesome, accommodations were good (bunk beds a little wobbly, but they worked), and surrounding attractions were fun. Will definitely be back to St. Augustine!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We're back at Anastasia condos after four years. Condo 308 was well equipped and nicely appointed. This is an excellent location for touring down the coast or heading into St. Augustine which is a great visit. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk right out the front door. We had a couple of minor issues that were standard maintenance stuff which our manager Derrick handled immediately. Their offie is right down the street. We've booked for next year.

Nice Place- Rental Agency Non-Responsive to Issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space is beautiful. We like to travel to the beach off-season, so seeing some renovations around a community is not uncommon this time of year (there was a lot of work being done). The beach access and location were great, the condo itself was quite lovely and perfect for our needs. Only one issue, we booked the property, in large part, for the heated pool. Because of some work done to the surface of the pool, we were told it wasn't going to be turned on for a few more weeks. This was inconvenient as we may have booked the place we stayed last year had we known. We regrouped, played cards, went to an escape room (we have kids who were looking forward to swimming... yes, even in December.) I tried to connect with our representative at St. Augustine Vacation Rentals- he was out of the office until after the holiday. I reached out again after that date... nothing. Not a peep. We DID have an enjoyable stay and visit with family, however, I am not too keen on being outright ignored when I had a valid issue regarding what was an expected amenity (heated pool.) Review would have been higher if I had received any kind of response. Recommend the property should be a "maybe" but I put Yes. It had far more positives than negatives.

Fabulous!

We had a fabulous week! The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The view from the condo was spectacular and the beach access was so convenient. We also loved the pool! We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Great Beach Property

Walking into the condo you feel you are on vacation. The pictures online do not do any justice for the beautiful view this property has of the ocean. The condo was spotless. Beds were very comfortable (soft mattresses). Layout for kitchen was very accommodating and the place came with more than enough items for cooking your own meals. Condo did have lots of towels and other beach items left from past guests, but this was not required of the host. Pool area was very nice for after spending time at the beach. Condo association has grocery carts and luggage carts which was SO helpful with all of our items as well as when you went grocery shopping. We are so pleased with this stay and plan to return in the future. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks again!

Best week ever

We had a great week. Condo was nice and spacious and very accommodating for our 4 adults and 2 yr old. The unit is beautifully decorated and supplied extremely well with anything you need. The only thing we didn’t find was an iron (yes, we are those people who still iron lol) but we survived. We would definitely book this unit again.

Beautiful views!!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo in St Augustine! The views are AMAZING and the condo had everything we needed. Loved the security of the gated complex with secure parking and private entrance to the beach. The complex itself was kept up nicely. Even the dumpster are was the nicest I’ve seen ever. Would definitely vacation here again!

It has a great view of the ocean and you can watch sunrise or moon rise from the living room, master bedroom or the porch. All the beds, bathrooms, and furniture were in good shape. The outdoor pool and pool area are in excellent condition. The one thing I would add is a key code because that would eliminate the need to keep up with keys. It also could have used a tiny bit more dusting in a few spots. Otherwise it was very clean. I would definitely rent this condo again if I came back to St. Augustine.

Reviewer Comments: This was a weekend getaway for my friends and I and we found the condo to be more than we expected!! When we arrived the condo hadn't been cleaned but the owners were quick to handle the situation and by the time we arrived back from dinner and getting groceries all was well. It has a beautiful view of the beach and has been recently renovated. Only problem is our stay wasn't long enough! I would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!!
