We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo with amenities galore- everything we could want. The host was very helpful and responded to questions immediately. The location was terrific and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was a wonderful stay! Rob is super helpful, responsive and accommodating! This place has everything you need and so so so nice to start with a few essentials that they share what they have! We have stayed in a lot of beach rentals in Florida and this by far is at the top of list. Only downfall is no close grills but very minor and there is a charcoal grill on the property!2 pools and 5 hot tubs nearby and beautiful ocean!

We had a great time relaxing here, whether we were inside or out. Inside is clean and bright and comfortable. The balcony has a view of trees and the dunes and the beach itself, and the beach access is right by the building. There are lots of good seafood places withinten minutes' drive along the main street, ditto for ice cream shops.

The condo is lovely. The closeness to the beach was greatly enjoyed. The hosts did many things above and beyond expectations, like the well-supplied kitchen and welcome bag. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife andi really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location by the beach and near plenty of bars and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed for our weel long stay. Highly recommended.

Loved the location. Steps from the beach. Close to Publix and restaurants. Very nice condo. Everything we needed was supplied. Dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, bathing soaps and hairdryer, and more. Washer and dryer. Nice balcony . Master bed very comfortable. TV in Master and living area. We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The TV was large-screen and with many good program choices. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. We love St. Augustine Beach! We would rent this condo again with no hesitation!

Really great condo, great spot on the beach, really close to everything, simple walk to the beach and the pool areas and the hot tubs were all fantastic alternatives on less than desirable beach days. Condo had everything we needed, patio areas were typical size for a beach condo, with a good view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and well taken care of, washer/dryer set was newer and large in size. Owner responded quickly the one time pre-trip we needed anything. Sunset Grill and Bronx House Pizza were great choices. Our youngest even caught about 14 fish in the ponds on the property. Great time and we really appreciate you making the condo available!
