401 E Huron es (3 habitaciones ~ 1 baño completo) ~ (para 6 personas) Es (3 cuadras al centro de la calle) donde encontrará todas las tiendas acogedoras,
Restaurantes, bares "playeros", y sólo un par de minutos a pie de la playa!

El hogar es accesible para discapacitados al igual que la ducha. ¡Fácil de transportar con rampas incorporadas que se pueden colocar bajo pedido! Great location and nice grass area for hanging out by the fire pit. Patio and chairs could have been cleaner. Nice kitchen with most amenities. No hand soap and minimal towels for showering. Could provide a nice bath mat for showering. We had to use one of the hand towels.

What a sweet little house only blocks from the beach! It was perfect for the two of us. The screened in porch was a great place to read in the evening. We enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. It is cozy and functional! It’s in a quiet part of the island with plenty of shade and a quick walk to Center Street, Bert’s and all of the fun!

Amazing property! Lots of space! Great location!

We had an amazing time at the Sunshine House. It was a close walk to town and a few short blocks to the beach. We were also happily surprised that we were near the city park, pickleball, and basketball courts. I highly recommend it!!

Great location

This house was perfect for our boys. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to cook at the house. Folly Beach is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Great getaway

Nice place, easy walk to beach, close enough to walk to the restaurants/shops but also far enough away to not be bothered by the traffic, people, and noise when the area gets busy. Cozy, but has everything needed. Great stay for our family.

4th on Folly

The weather wasn't great, they canceled the fireworks show, but we weren't going to let that stop us from having a great time.The beach cottage was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and downtown Folly. Nice screened outdoors seating with a grille. It was too hot to light the fire pit, but there is plenty of seating around the pit.

Awesome house

The cutest house and perfect for our family of 5. Very close to the beach and to a really neat gated playground. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again!

Amazing space! Definitely the place to stay!

If you are visiting Folly Beach, this house will make your vacation something spectacular. It is clean, spacious, close to the ocean, and perfectly situated for a family, or a couple. We will rent there, again and again. Best place we ever stayed on the Island. Book it, today!

We had an awesome time and the location was great

The property was clean and very welcoming. It had all the basic needs amd then some. It was nice of them to have movies there and games amd stuff to take down to the beach.

Great section of town

The house had all of the accommodations we had hoped. Easy access to the main strip and the beach. Far enough off the main road where it was nice and quiet at night. Everything you need in a beach house.

Fun Family Get Away

This was a great spot for our family to vacation in Folly. The house is cute and just a few blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch for our morning coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Our family of 6 really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend it.

Spring in Folly Beach

Cute little cottage. Great yard. Fire pit. Short walk to beach. We love to cook, and kitchen was a little minimal but other than that, perfect.

A nice newly renovated place!

It is a nice place to stay that is close to the beach. Has a big yard on the side where we could play games. The inside is pretty new with a master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms and a pull out couch. It was perfect for my friends and I to stay there. The back porch is nice for a hangout to get out of the sun!!!

Perfect. Accurate to listing. Location was perfect. Far enough from the strip to be quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Bed were comfortable. AC worked great. Loved the patio and back porch area.

Great Place to Say

Easy 4 block walk to the town or the beach, yet quiet neighborhood. Very bicycle friendly area. Large yard, great fire pit at night. Screen in porch was nice. Very large shower was nice. No steps to climb was another plus for bringing our supplies in. 3 bedrooms all on one floor, nice for a family vacation!

Wonderful

We went for a short weekend trip and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was clean and very roomy for us. Best bed I have ever had in a rental , in the master. Would definitely rent again. The only negative were the added fees to rent. Very expensive.

Wonderful time in Folly Island

Wonderful stay! House was perfect and had everything we needed and more! Very clean and completely outfitted. Loved the screened in porch where we could sit and watch the sunrise and listen to the birds sing their morning songs. So close to the beach and downtown. Wonderful quiet neighborhood.
