Welcome to The Pool House, the perfect getaway with a private pool for small families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a unique and inviting beach experience. This charming beach house boasts two cozy bedrooms, a galley space with two twin beds, and two full baths, ensuring ample room for everyone. A half bath on the main living level adds convenience and comfort.
Step inside to discover hardwood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. The open-concept design connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing for quality time and shared experiences. Outside, you have a large deck to gather and enjoy, soaking up the sun's rays and grilling with your group. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio or unwind with a good book on comfortable outdoor furniture.
But the real highlight of The Pool House lies outdoors. Beyond the pool, you'll find both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for entertainment and relaxation. The beautifully landscaped surroundings provide a serene backdrop for memorable moments and endless fun.
Situated in a tranquil section of the island, The Pool House offers a peaceful retreat while still being within a short and lovely 1.5-block walk to Folly Beach's vibrant Center Street. This bustling area is teeming with great dining options, shops, and exciting nightlife, guaranteeing entertainment for all ages.
And let's not forget the beach! The Pool House offers two convenient access points. Take a leisurely 5-7 minute stroll via 3rd Street to reach the beach, complete with public restrooms and outdoor showers. Alternatively, follow the newly installed sidewalks on 2nd Street for another scenic route to the sandy shores. Enjoying the sun, sand, and surf has never been easier!
The Pool House is a beach gem, combining modern design, sun-filled interiors, and a relaxed, fun-filled vibe. This delightful getaway promises to create cherished memories and provide the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation.

We do not provide beach equipment or towels, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
No Pets Allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
