Este exclusivo apartamento cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, Wi-Fi gratuita, baño de tamaño completo y ducha en el techo con luces parpadeantes, verdaderamente increíble! Una práctica, así como un lugar bonito, con puertas giratorias que separan el dormitorio de sala de estar / sofá cama, de la vida privada en la noche, pero todavía capaz de mantener un ojo en los niños si es necesario. Un balcón exterior con asientos para el desayuno en el verano. Muy cerca del transporte, el tubo de local; Belsize Park se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie de la puerta principal. This is a nice apartment in a hip part of town. It is only half a block from the Underground station, very easy to get to and from. The heated bathroom floor is wonderful in the winter!

A home away from home

This is a lovely spot to stay while visiting London. It is close to all amenities and is also very well set up for stay at home evenings! It is very comfortable, and having a washer dryer is a real bonus for travellers. It is our “go to home” in London.

It was Perfect

We were so happy that we chose this VRBO. The location about two blocks from the Tube Station was perfect, and the Northern Line gave us access to what we most wanted to do in London. Everything was clean and comfortable and easy.

Our week in London

Had a wonderful stay at Carol Anne’s house. From the warm and informative welcome by Kelly to Carol Anne, the owner introducing herself and going out of her way to wish us a safe trip home on the early morning of our departure we could not have had a warmer and more hospitable host. The apartment was clean, bright, quiet and inviting, well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Iron, ironing board, washer, drying rack and hair blower were all available. The only suggestion we would have is to supply more regular sized water/ juice glasses as they were somewhat limited whilst wine glasses were in abundance-but you can only drink so much wine. Otherwise the kitchen offered everything we needed. The apartment is conveniently located, on a quiet road, just a short walk to a tube station. You cannot go wrong staying here. Thank you Carol Anne for a wonderful stay! Erik and Jessica

Excellent flat several minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station, which is just 10-15 minutes from central London on the train. Large first floor space for two people, great for cooking at home (or going out), and accommodating and helpful owner.

Love this place!

Carol-Anne was truly hospitable, the location is fantastic (one block to tube) and close to Hampstead and Camden where we wanted to be. The apartment is lovely and the bed is fantastic (big and comfortable)! Would stay there next time we’re in London!

Beautiful, peaceful flat

This is such a lovely, quiet flat, in a wonderful neighborhood — residential, yet very close to good shops and restaurants, and just a quick walk to the Belsize Park tube station, and a gorgeous walk to Hampstead and the Heath. Carol-Anne was warm and very kind, at the ready to help — for instance, she made our return to Heathrow as calm and simple as possible by recommending a great taxi driver. We loved our five days and hope to visit again!

This apartment is just a few short blocks from good restaurants, a pharmacy, a market/grocery store, and, best of all, the Tube. It was easy to get everywhere. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were gracious, friendly, and supportive. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Christmas in Belsize Park, London, NW3!

We had a wonderful London Christmas and have just returned. Very clean and well equipped apartment in a brilliant location close to Hampstead Heath and easy hop to the West End. Brilliant unobtrusive hosts, great spot.

Great location

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything worked well. I did buy a single cup coffee press and left at the apartment. The coffee machine just didn’t make enough for a coffee addict like me. I have back problems so the couch was not really comfortable for me but the mattress was fantastic.

Enjoyable stay in Belsize Park

It was a nice clean property with all you’d need for a stay. The only thing we missed was another armchair or sofa as there were three of us and only one sofa bed. The area was lovely, lots of cafes and restaurants near by and close to Hampstead Heath which was lovely and only 2 minutes to the tube station so fab for London. It was quite expensive to stay (we’re from up north!) but we went just before Christmas.

I have lived in this lovely house for over 30 years and started The Black and White House holiday rentals years ago on the penthouse floor, this has been such a success, and have had such lovely visitors, that I have added the Middle Floor Suite, you can check out my reviews on VRBO # 373926, which also give more info. I have lived in this area all my life and am a real Londoner, I offer my wealth of knowledge to my visitors to help them get the most out of their vacation or business trip, I have even had both floors taken over by a wedding party, I helped organise the hair, make up, nails and drivers and all the things that help make a wedding special, including Champagne! I used to work in films, but now I run this business, I have a son who lives in Barcelona Spain and from next year, we will be expanding over there for those who would like to do a 2 center trip.

I really love this house, it was my grandfathers and I spent my childhood running over here for treats and pocket money, my grandpa always said one day it would be mine, and to my delight, he kept his word. Of course, over the years I have extensively modernized it. I brought up my son here, ran my make up business from here and now I live on the ground floor and travel a lot, but I am here to welcome my lovely guests.
