Has encontrado tu retiro de golf y tenis en invierno. Ubicado en una comunidad cerrada, ¡La Quinta Palm Royale Country Club es el lugar de vacaciones perfecto para ti! Esta es una ubicación tranquila lejos del ruido de la calle. Este hermoso rincón, condominio en la unidad inferior, 2 dormitorios / 2 baños, garaje para 1 automóvil con vista a la quinta calle en un desafiante campo de golf ejecutivo de 18 hoyos, Par 3 Ted Robinson. Una característica única es que esta unidad fue construida en la última fase del desarrollo del condominio, por lo que es más nueva y no tiene a nadie viviendo arriba. Techos altos en el dormitorio principal. Además, esta unidad está ubicada directamente frente a lagos y una fuente, con una espectacular vista del desierto de tres cadenas montañosas. Esta encantadora unidad está a una corta distancia a pie de una de las seis piscinas climatizadas y spas, un gimnasio y una tienda profesional completa. Great month-long visit!

Melissa and Shay’s condo was very comfortable. It is a great location to stores, services and golf courses! They are very responsive and I would recommend this location! It is also very safe as I am a single woman staying alone. The setting is beautiful.

Lovely two-bedroom condo in the Palm Royale condo association. Weather was strange during our trip, but that didn't interrupt our enjoyment. Owner was delightful to work with and responded to our questions immediately. Everything was as stated in the listing.

Wonderful condo!!!

Our party consisted of two senior golfers playing in a national tournament at a nearby course. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was well appointed throughout. The family room had.very comfortable furniture and a large TV. The kitchen had all the essentials required. The bedrooms had great beds with beautiful coverings. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and I will definitely stay there again next year

Sunny, clean condo in a beautiful setting

Melissa and Shay went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Messages back and forth to nail down itineraries were all prompt and warm. We were delighted to find a welcome basket with treats, fresh rosemary, and a lovely note when we arrived. The property itself is bright and gracious - we had no trouble at all making a full Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen, and we were able to lounge in luxury afterwards, enjoying all the football games on the large TV backed by a beautiful golf course/mountain view. The course is beautiful, pool/hot tub are easily accessible nearby, and parking was no issue. Cannot recommend this property highly enough, and we're hoping to return soon! Thank you to our hosts!

Great location disappointing condo

This condo is located in a central location with lovely grounds and very reasonable golf on an executive course. The condo however was disappointing. Although some upgrades have been made, (new tile, newer dishes), the en-suite shower has had the shower enclosure removed and replaced with a shower curtain. It has a shower head placed only suitable for a short person, and it is most definitely in need of renovation. For a short term stay the kitchen supplies may be fine but the pots and pans are very old, linens, towels need to have updated. The unit was surface clean but needs some TLC. Loved the location, view and pool areas. If this unit had some attention it would be worth staying at.

I am very disappointed to hear that our kitchen supplies and shower head did not meet your expectations. Your remarks are well noted and I personally will make every effort to remove all shortcomings as soon as possible. We have already set up an appointment to change the shower head. New towels and kitchen supplies have been ordered and will be delivered to the condo next week. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will try the next time to be more than expected. Excellent Par 3 course!

We enjoyed most of the month of November at this lovely golf course. The view from the patio is truly idyllic, with a pretty bridge and a duck pond. We golfed most days, enjoyed hiking in the area, and visited nearby great restaurants and markets. The condo is well situated within the complex, and close to a great pool. We did provide feedback to the owners regarding a few deficiencies (in our opinion) and we feel confident that the unit will get spruced up a bit for future guests.

Desert Oasis!

We had such a wonderful time at the condo! Our group would absolutely love to return for a future stay. Melissa was extremely friendly and beyond helpful. We had some tricky arrival logistics to figure out, and Melissa made that process so easy for us! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The community was pristine, and we ran into such a sweet lady on our way to one of the pools. Everything worked out and went so perfectly, we can’t think of anything we would change! It was a pleasure to rent this lovely condo in beautiful La Quinta! :) Can’t wait to return

Third Year Return

I just returned from my third stay in this unit in Palm Royale. The location of this unit is ideal for shops and restaurants and one of the best within the Palm Royale complex. It is bright and cheery and has a lovely view of the manicured grounds and the mountains beyond. Very handy access to sports and pools. The unit is comfortable and well stocked with easy access parking. My very favorite thing to do is to sit out on the patio in the evening and watch the sun set below the mountains. This is a good base unit for any activity you would choose in this area. And the owners, Melissa and Shay, respond quickly to any questions that arise. I hope to return again next year.

Second Year Visit

This is my second visit. I was not disappointed. My review would be much the same as my review last year. This property has many pluses with regard to location. It has a beautiful view and is close to restaurants and markets and activities. It is away from the main road so it is also on the quieter side of the property. I am a single person, age 68, and everything about this works for me. The condo is clean and comfortable and is in good condition. And Melissa D'Souza responds promptly to any questions you may have. I enjoyed my stay enough to sign up for my third year return next year. That should say it all!

Very relaxing

This condo is well equipped and very well maintained. The appliances are all new and really nice to use. Melissa makes you feel really comfortable during the booking process and also while there. The patio faces the 5th hole and 6th tee of the Royale Palms. At first, I thought it would be awkward being that close to the golfers but it isn't. Many simply smile if you happen to be sitting on the deck and continue the game. The advantage of this location is that there are always ducks and water fowl to provide a close up look at nature. Definitely, a treat. Also, in the evening, the foot bridge leading to the 5th hole (not shown in the photo) is lit and makes for a very romantic patio dinner. The golf course is really well maintained with interesting vegetation. The pool and hot tub closest to the condo are peaceful and very clean. Unfortunately, the area around the pool needs the attention of the gardening staff. There are unkempt shrubs and several patches of bare earth where bougainvillea or blooming flowers may have been at one time. For the most part, this complex is fairly quiet, although you can hear the traffic from Fred Waring, the main street just outside the gates, when sitting on the patio. If your daily routine includes a walk around the complex, you will see many different stunning vistas in the distance. It really is a very comfortable home away from home. We enjoyed our time there. Pros: -Condo was clean -Grounds were clean and very pretty -Pools and hot tub were heated Cons: -"Queen size" beds looked and felt like full size beds - "Work out room" at the club house left little to be desired - VRBO app was not very user friendly - I wasn't able to go back in and view correspondence that contained gate code, etc Overall, this place would be great if you are a retired couple who enjoys golf, doesn't require a gym, and you need two separate bedrooms. If you have more than two people in your party, the sleeping conditions will be tight. We will be returning to AirBnB.

Great Accomodation

The condo is exactly as described and the beds are great . We enjoyed the deck area nightly and for morning coffee . This was the perfect condo for 2 golfing couples to enjoy the Palm Springs area . We will be back Thanks for everything -- owners are extremely accommodating

Cold 😥 heated pool?

The condo was very comfortable and the views of the golf course are fantastic 👌But I have to say that I was very disappointed with the pools😩 They advertised 6 heated pools and they were not!!! They were very cold!! They turn the heat off in April!

Hello Lloyd, As communicated during your stay, the heater in the Indigo pool will remain on and the pool temperature will be set at 80 degrees. It is a short walk away from the condo. You can visit all 7 of the pools and hot tubs. I will follow-up with our HOA and pass along your feedback. I had passed along the below message from our HOA, which makes these types of decisions for our entire community. "Dear Residents: With the summer like temperatures we have been experiencing the decision has been made to shut off the heaters to all but one of the Community swimming pools beginning this Friday, April 14th. The heater in the Indigo pool will remain on and the pool temperature will be set at 80 degrees. Additionally, beginning on May 3rd the swimming pools and spas will be cleaned three times per week instead of twice a week. Hopefully, this will raise the enjoyment level of Palm Royale's pool areas for all of our residents and guests. Very truly yours, On-Site Community Manager Palm Royale Country Club HOA" We sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction in this public forum after we discussed and dealt with this situation during your stay.

Great choice

I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I believe this unit has the best location of them all. Earsy access to Palm Royale sports and pools and also ideal location for the best restaurants and grocery shops. Th unit looks out on a perfectly manicured golf course and the mountains on all sides. It gets the late-day sun. The unit itself is clean, comfortable, well-stocked and quiet. The kitchen has new appliances. I only used one mattress but it was comfortable and supportive. If I had any questions, Melissa responded promptly and was most helpful. Actually, I have to say that my very favorite part was sitting on the patio in the evening and watching the light fade behind the mountains. Beautifully maintained grounds (good for morning/evening walks). I loved being there and taking it easy. You can do as much or as little as you wish, and you will enjoy it either way. I have already made arrangements to return!

Great Stay

We stayed with our family for the month of February, 2017. The condo has a number of very nice features; it is well located, is secure and is extremely well equipped. The unit is quite large and easily accommodates a group of four. The garage is a very nice feature that is not often available with other complexes. The owner was very responsive to our questions through the booking process.; we gained entry without a problem.. Overall this is a very solid condo and future visitors can be expected to have a very nice stay. We plan to book the condo in the future.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for the month of February, 2017 and had an excellent time. As others have commented, the condo is well located and very large, easily accomodating a group of four. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We booked in early 2016 for our stay as we have been disappointed before with other bookings; Melissa was very responsive in answering our inquiries prior to arrival. Her instructions for access and about the amenities were clear and accurate. Our stay really went well without a hitch and we plan to book again.Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely condo. Great location

Many good things about this condo. The best location within the complex, (away from heavy traffic noise) and overlooking two ponds on the golf course was beautiful. The pictures make the condo look bigger than it is, but are generally true. Rooms are small and there is no carpet in the living room, making it much cleaner. Kitchen is well stocked and all appliances are newer and work well. The bathrooms and second bedroom are very small. More than two people might be cramped. The heat pumps are located adjacent to the master bedroom wall and came on around 3:30 AM, so a light sleeper would find this annoying. However, the condo is very livable, quite, the neighbors are great, garage is very nice, pool is very shallow but nice, coded entry saves having to carry a key, all were very positive. There is no sun on the patio in January. Watching the golfers and the wildlife was a delight. Condo is very comfortable and clean. Car is needed to shop, etc. Getting the refund took 3 weeks and 2 reminders, but no problems. Overall, nice place to stay.

Worry free travel

As soon as you enter this lovely condo, it’s like gravity doesn’t have the same affect there – the weight of the world lifts from your shoulders as soon as you walk through the door. Melissa was a pleasure to deal with and made the rental process easy and hassle free. The condo was truly amazing and offered our family every convenience and luxury you could ask for. The back patio has an amazing view of the water features and offers a place to have an enjoyable breakfast outdoors with the family. The kitchen area is well designed, making it easy to maneuver around. Our four year old son also loved the pool, which was only a short walk away. We had the opportunity to play a few rounds of golf at the spectacular Palm Royale Golf Course and were pleased with the level of service provided. The amazing staff at the Pro Shop even remembered our names! Without hesitation, we would recommend this place to our friends and family.

My favorite Winter vacation spot!

We stayed at this condo with a friend for a relaxing vacation get-away! The condo is very spacious, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet too. The pool is a few steps from the condo and has a great view of surrounding mountains and palm trees. The rooms had all the items you would require, bedding, towels, nightlights, etc. The kitchen is well stocked which made it easy to cook our own meals. There is a grocery store and Starbucks close by. The dining room table was perfect for playing dominoes in the evening! The A/C felt amazing after being in the sun all day. It was nice to have so many golf courses close by. We lost some balls at Palm Royale, Indian Wells and Sun City! It was a very relaxing vacation and we hope to stay here again soon. The owners, Melissa & Shay are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a worry free, easy vacation. We especially recommend the restaurant The Cliff House for dinner on Wednesday nights, great bottles of wine and fabulous food a seven minute drive away.

We loved La Quinta and Melissa & Shay's place is fabulous. The condo has everything you need and is in such a wonderful location. The light tubes in the bathrooms are a great innovation. The complex has so many pools that you can try a different one every day. We loved the weather when we visited over the Thanksgiving (Canada) holiday. The patio with the view of the ponds is a great place to watch birds. If you head out from their place and take a left turn, you are close to everything you would want. Palm Springs is a very unique place with boutiques, shops, galleries, and restaurants. Even the airport is unique here. As a person who lives on the ocean, I was beguiled by the desert and besotted by the citrus trees right outside your door. I know we have our beloved maples and oaks in Canada, but give me a lemon and grapefruit tree any day! You will not be disappointed with this place!

This is our favorite vacation spot for the past ten years. We come to see the Palm Springs Film Festival, and many of the tennis games at the Indian Wells Tennis center which is a short walk away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views of the 5th hole from our back patio took our breath away. There is a wonderful bridge over a water feature about 50 yards from our patio, which made us fall in love with this place. The unique feature of our corner unit is no one is above us so we have a quiet, peaceful home. The sound of the water feature has a tremendous calming effect on us when we sit outside to enjoy the sunset.
