Esta hermosa ciudad natal tiene una de las vistas más espectaculares en el prestigioso complejo PGA West. En el fondo son la sierra de Santa Rosa; en primer plano se le presenta una serie de hermosos lagos, cascadas, cada una rodeada de palmeras. La casa tiene una decoración desierto casual. Cada habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio y dos con baño privado. Entretener con aa comedor formal, un bar, un balcón con vistas al lago o al patio con acceso al lago. Hay televisión por cable en cada habitación, de alta velocidad inalámbrico y una impresora que puede utilizar con su portátil.

We will return!

We love this location and will return again anytime it is available during our scheduled vacation. The Condo was exceptionally equiped and facilitated our visit nicely. It was easy to communicate with the host who is professional and courteous. The view from patio is postcard perfect!

Pleasant La Quinta

The condo was clean and comfortable, just as advertised. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio watching the ducks in the pond. It was a very pleasant stay and we would be happy to return.

Great place to stay for golf tournament

We stayed at this condo for the American Express golf tournament. It was great - walking distance! Art/ furniture is dated, but everything we needed was there. Directions were clear. Barbecue worked!

Peaceful Get Away

We had a very nice time in La Quinta. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the home has everything you need. We love having the garage and bikes and we can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing peaceful location

We found this condo to be exactly as advertised. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had promptly. The condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in a very good location

We were at PGA West for a weekend golf tournament and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. The location in PGA West was excellent - close to golf courses and not far from excellent restaurants. This unit was very clean and could use some updates, but it is great value for the money. The patio also has a beautiful and relaxing view and perfect for afternoon "sundowners". The owner was also especially helpful with timely responses to questions and suggestions.

The location is great if you plan to golf and stay within the PGA West campus. The condo had everything a person would need for an extended stay. The area was peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful view

We had a fantastic stay! Not sure how many times we said it is so beautiful here but it was often! We enjoyed the bikes and the hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful townhouse with great views.

PGAWest is paradise. In March, the fruit trees are blooming and the smell is heavenly. This property has two good bikes to use and the property is wonderful for riding - flat land and low traffic.

Best Condo Experience

This was our 4th Condo rental In the Coachella Valley. This was by far our best experience. Neighborhood was quiet, the house was very accommodating. We'll be back.

The house is spacious and not overly stuffed/ or decorated. It has all the things necessary for a short stay. Their bedsheets/ pillow cover are soft and comfortable. The towels in master bathroom felt plush. Having said that, the decor is old and dated but it did not bother us much. I liked that there were Samsung laundry / dryer machines and other amenities which made our stay comfortable.

It began with a tennis tournament in 2002 in the greater Palm Springs area, the Phoenix Challenge, hosted by eight major resorts. We were with a group of fellow senior tennis friends, all from Oregon. The beauty of those resorts enthalled all of us.
That year was in the middle of the dot-com burst, severely depressing the real estate market. Before this trip we never entertained the slightest thought of buying a condo in Palm Springs, and before we left, we bought a condo in the PGA West complex!
We've returned each year to admire the view, and of course to enjoy the climate and play golf and tennis.

La Quinta itself has all the charms and rustic flavor of a small, exquisite southwestern desert community. La Quinta is enchanting to explore, to visit their galleries and patronize their restaurants, all splendidly isolated from the maddening crowd of the greater Palm Springs community. Serenity prevails.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Visitors are treated with a gallery of interests. Some of the favorites are the College Fair held each weekend at the College of the Desert, the Living Desert, the Palm Springs Air Museum, the Bob Hope Desert Classic held in the Palmer Residence within the PGA West complex each January, the international tennis tournament held each March at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.

The adventurous can take the tram at Mt San Jacinto or explore the Joshua Tree National Park. The truly adventurous can take hot air balloon rides from Indio or open cockpit biplane (faten your seat belts!) aerial tours of the Coachella Valley.

In March the La Quinta Arts Festival is held. Some of the most prominent artists in the Western US display their work. It is judged to be the third best art festival in the US.
