Great location, nice home

The location to Sunriver Village is excellent. Easy access to the home and communication with priory manager was good. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone.

Great location!

The kids love sunriver. This place is the perfect location for the SHARC and the Village. My nephews had a blast. The house is a little outdated no AC, but being so close to everything makes the stay worth it. Just let your party know it’ll be a little hot.

Space for everyone!

We had a great time at this house. 8 adults and 8 kids could have felt really cramped, but there was space for everyone. It’s so close to the Village - which is really fun! Had a great time!

Pictures don’t do this house justice

This house is absolutely amazing, especially if you have a large family. Kitchen is fully stocked and house is within walking distance to Sunriver promenade. Very restful weekend.

Great price and location

The house was fairly small but well laid out and worked well for our family. Everything worked as it should and you cannot beat the location, just a 5 min walk to the village and grocery store! Only downside was the bikes were not in good working condition, the BBQ was really dirty and there was not enough dish towels. But otherwise worked great for us!

Great house

Our group was 12 family members ages 2-69 from 4 households and we had plenty of beds. Having four bathrooms was also great. The owner responds very quickly. The home has no AC but there are ceiling fans in every room. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location but dirty.

The location was nice - super close to the village. Unfortunately this was the dirtiest sunriver house we’ve stayed at. There was trash scattered outside, the stairs and floors turned our feet black. There was a dishwasher and washing machine full upon arrival. The house did its job but not much extra.

We were less than impressed with property.Out of the four trundle mattresses only one wasn't stained. Even homeless shelters do not accept a stained mattresses.The beds were very uncomfortable except for one. The furniture looked like it was picked up from the side of the road.One of the sliding glass doors was only being held in by the molding. Two of the sliding glass doors did not have screens on them and there was no air-conditioning. There were not enough towels and it looked like dirty bedding was stuffed into one of the downstairs bathroom cupboards.When we first got there, there was cleaning solution left out where our little grandchildren could get it and a dirty mop left in one of the bedrooms. The house also smelled really bad.Lightbulbs were burnt out as well.Overall, the house looked like it was a scout project gone wrong.

Family vacay

Good for price. Lots of sleeping room, towels, dishes. Big table, comfy area to relax and watch TV (bring a fire stick). Great communication with property manager. Sharc resort in walking distance (coffee shop, restaurants, shops, play area) and pool is super close. Has AC but house was hot (75deg) throughout the day. Minimal amenities (no dish soap, spices, etc). Bikes/deck area too dirty for use. Not ideal space for toddler/less than 2yrs.

Poor communication

The house supposed to be clean and it wasn't. Outside was a lot of trash on the ground at the front of the house and the back porch, the fire place dind work, the house was so cold and the TV didn't work at all. The house needs a lot of maintenance

Nice location and good size house with some problems

We hit a heat wave and really could have used working air conditioning and/or screens on the upstairs bedrooms sliders so the doors could be opened. The ceiling fans did not work well - could not increase speed and did not turn on consistently. There was a VERY dangerous broken bench which was previously reported in a review and never fixed along with a broken garbage disposal. Trash area was half full and not emptied. This a house has a lot of possibilities but definitely needs some attention

Would not stay here again

To start with the positive...kitchen was well equipped with nice pots, pans and utensils, beds were comfortable, it was great having 4 bathrooms, there's no air conditioning so appreciated the ceiling fans downstairs and portable fans upstairs but that's all. The refrigerator and counters had food crumbs, the floors were filthy, towels were left in the dryer, the bench at the dining table was broken and dangerous, the bikes were in terrible condition (fortunately we had brought our own), there were broken appliances (dishwasher, etc.) on the back deck. We were there during a heat wave and couldn't open the upstairs windows as there weren't any screens- that would have made a huge difference in temperature. The price was decent but will not rent this house again.

Sunriver vac

We usually go to the beach in Florence but my son said let’s go to Sunriver, it was great, we brought our bikes and love riding around the paths throughout the area. Sharcs was a great place for all ages. The weather was a bit cool but the pools were warm so it made for a fun afternoon swimming, tubing. The house was ok, the bikes were not in good condition to use, BBQ is upstairs patio, to get to it you have to go thru one of the bedrooms. sink stopped up cause the garbage disposal didn’t work. Some of the sliding glass doors didn’t have screens and can’t leave door open with misquotes. Beds were very uncomfortable and the room with the king bed is too small for the room, need to move it to the bigger room. Pictures of the furniture on Vrbo are different and very warn. No light over the sink makes it difficult to see. This place is more for college kids.

our stay

We loved gathering together. We loved the space and where it was located. We didn't like all of the dust and dirty socks from previous tenants under the furniture, or the missing window and door screens upstairs, this was a concern because we had small children upstairs sleeping, so the windows had to be closed all of the time. The bikes were a pile of mess and not all of them were usable. We had to buy knives because the ones in the rental were broken, we also bought silverware that we left, because there was so little available. The biggest complaint was that the sharc pool wasn't opened yet. Yes, we would have chosen a different week. In spite of this we had a great trip. Would I book again, not unless there was a guarantee that the space will be clean and be set up to serve the amount of people that will be coming. We own several rental properties and were appalled at conditions of this one when we arrived.

Charming House, Great Location, Needs Deep Cleaning

This place was really great, better than our expectations given many of the reviews on here. It's a bit outdated but everything functioned fine and it was comfortable. The lack of cleanliness was noticeable however, especially since you pay a nights worth in cleaning fees. It wasn't filthy but it definitely needs a better cleaning, especially in the bathrooms and floors. We stayed with my immediate family, 4 separate families, 8 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space for all of us. Kitchen had all utensils needed to cook breakfast each morning and lunches. The weekend was hot so we brought portable AC units, but there are box fans in each room and it cools off at night. We needed to contact the property management team for clarification on directions and they were responsive and helpful. It's a very short walk to the village square, and about a 5 minute drive to the SHARC and Meadows golf course. Comes with 10 SHARC passes that are unlimited so we got to visit it often. We would definitely stay here again but hopefully the property management team hires a different cleaning crew for next time.

Yuck

This house was located very close to the pool and SunRiver center. The home was not clean. Lots of garbage and debris in the front and back yards. The grill was not cleaned. We had 2 beds with dirty sheets that we had to change. Honestly This was the dirtiest house we have ever been in. The vaccum was left out with the broom. We contacted the people and were told those were left out so we could use them if needed. We hope the owners will pop in and realize you need to deeply clean the house and clean the outside property. Our time was mostly spent at the pool and hiking. We rented bikes as the bikes at the house were unusable. This house would be perfect if it was cleaned and updated. Also do not advertise the bikes as useable. I also had checked with the company to see if there was a bbq and was told yes a brand new bbq. We contacted the company again and explained the grill was dirty so we should not be charged the 25 dollars for leaving it dirty. Please update your Vrbo site and get a good cleaning company.

Christmas trip

The house definitely accommodated our family with plenty of room. The bad thing is that the refrigerator does not stay closed; had to find duct tape and tape it closed. The location is fantastic; easy walk to the village and access to trails. We would stay here again.

Pre Christmas family gathering

This house is great for sleeping arrangements for a large family gathering. However, the living room/kitchen area don't seem to be large enough for the number of people this house potentially can sleep. Pros: lots of sleeping area, house was very clean, check in process was easy, close to village. Cons: limited parking, not enough garbage space for number of people allowed at house, very skimpy on towels and dish towels and paper towels in kitchen and garbage bags in kitchen to put garbage in.
