13 Puma Lane es una casa limpia y cómoda de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con una excelente ubicación. Está a solo 5 minutos a pie del SHARC y viene con 8 pases ilimitados SHARC que vienen con el alquiler (hasta un valor de $ 25 / día por persona).

El dormitorio principal tiene un rey de California y baño. En la planta baja hay un segundo dormitorio con una reina y una habitación para niños con dos juegos de literas en el tercero. La parte inferior de una de las literas es de tamaño completo, perfecta para adultos. También hay disponible un cómodo sofá Queen extraíble en la planta baja.

La casa cuenta con dos salas de estar, cada una con un televisor de alta definición y Blue Ray, ideal para familias que desean un espacio separado para los niños. TV por cable / satélite está disponible junto con una conexión a Internet Wi-Fi de alta velocidad.

La cocina bien surtida se abre en una de las salas de estar, por lo que es perfecta para el entretenimiento. Arriba tiene dos terrazas cada una con muebles cómodos para descansar en esas increíbles tardes o noches de Sunriver. La gran bañera de hidromasaje se encuentra en una de las cubiertas donde uno puede sumergirse al final del día. Una cómoda chimenea de gas se encuentra en ambas salas de estar para calentarse por la noche sin el desastre de hacer un fuego. El aire acondicionado está disponible para ayudar a mantenerse fresco en esos calurosos días de verano.

Great property. Great Location

Overall, it was a great stay! It worked perfectly for our family.One observation is that there were no tissues or napkins we could find in the place. We also noticed that there were only two paper towel rolls and two rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom). For 8 people, under normal usage, this was not enough.I might recommend furnishing the place with more supplies of tissues, napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper.We purchased some extras and left in the place for the next guests.Thanks!

Great Family Escape!

My husband, Teen boys and my sister and her husband all stayed in this family friendly property. The xtra living space downstairs mad a great game room for the boys while making upstairs an adult space. The village and pickleball at Sage Springs was in walking distance! Highly recommend!

Great location

This house is conveniently located near The Village at Sunriver, giving quick access to shops, restaurants and ice skating (we were here in the winter). It's also a quick hop onto the highway to get to the main drag that takes you up to Bachelor, so we appreciated being able to get on the road quickly. We drove to the SHARC only because it was snowy, but if we were here in a warmer month it's an easy walk. We stayed in the house with friends: two families of four for a total of eight people (four kids). The kids slept in the bunk bed room which had enough space for them to all settle in. The property was adequately stocked with dishes and pots/pans/silverware. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for the hot tub/SHARC visits. The only downside we found was the toilets are older so they didn't flush the best and would easily clog. We also found the washer needed to be monitored because its sensor was off so it kept flushing water to "reset", but all we had to do was stop it and then hit an extra spin cycle. There were other parts of the house that were "well loved" and could use a little upkeep, but all in all the space was clean and met our needs.

Super cozy

This was a lovely rental close to everything in Sunriver. Shannon and Todd were gracious and answered our inquiries promptly. It was a super easy check-in/check-out. The house was cozy and rustic, and we made good use of the hot tub every day! Finally, the experience was topped off by the 6 bikes provided and the passes for the SHARC facilities (family fun aquatic center) just across the road. Thank you for a lovely experience in Sunriver! 😃

Perfect location

We have stayed in Sunriver before. We look for the following and this house met all those requirements-house with a garage for our mountain bikes, more than 1 couch in the living room, easy walk to the Sharq, and a hot tub. The bedrooms and house were adequate. Nothing fancy- which is fine. The master bath could use some updating (toilet was wobbly and the shower head is very low). My parents slept in the downstairs bedroom and did mention that the noise of the hot tub was very loud at night (it is on the deck about that room). The best part about this house is the location. It is very close to the aquatic center and just a short walk/ride to the village. Quick to get in and out of when heading up to mountian bike or into town to float the river. Lots of beds and two loving rooms make it a great space for multi generational groups. Lots of towels and the laundry was great. The kitchen had nice pots and pans and plenty of dishes.

Awesome location - home away from home!

We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for our three teenage daughters. We rode our bikes everywhere and never used our car once. It was clean, the beds were comfy, we enjoyed the board games and watch a couple movies since unfortunately, the smoke was so bad that things were closed during our stay. We also loved the hot tub.! Would definitely recommend this place! It’s not fancy, but it’s nice and just really comfortable, truly like a home away from home.

Perfect Place near Village and SHARC

13 Puma Lane was perfect for our stay with friends and family. The SHARC passes are a huge bonus with kids and the house came with enough bikes for everyone to enjoy multiple sunset rides. The house was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and the AC was a plus for the warm summer days. I must give a shout-out to the owners investing in supremely quality mattresses!!! The king bed upstairs was a dream to sleep on all week and good sleep can make or break a vacation!! We woke up rested and ready to take on all the amazing outdoor activities Sunriver has to offer. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic place in Sunriver

This place was awesome. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome week in Sunriver. For those with mobility issues, the steps to the main level are a little steep but it was fine for our family. We loved the hot tub, used the bikes every day and appreciated the SHARC passes plus the 4 minute walk there!

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The stairway in the house is very narrow and steep, which may present a problem for some guests. We would have appreciated a few more towels. As much as we would have loved to use the upper front deck, we were unable to as there were no cushions for the chairs. The hide-a-bed, down below had a collapsed corner, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Also, there were not adequate linens. We could only find one flat sheet and one pillowcase. We would stay here again. It was great being so near The Village and Sharc facilities. The Sharc passes were greatly appreciated.
