retreat features is located 33m above seal level w/ a micro climate w/ cool ocean breezes and cooler nights. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. A one bedroom with a comfortable orthopedic king bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. (Also option for orthopedic extra long twin beds). Bathrooms have hot showers and hot water in the sink. toilets have bidets and toilet paper flushes down the toilet, Not a trash can.
A Second bedroom is also for rent and inquire if interested.
With amenities like AC, a washing machine,dryer and fast WiFi, spacious covered balcony/ terrace with hammocks,yoga mats, rocking chair, table and chairs so guests can enjoy a relaxing vacation 24/7. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. There is a great view from the property, kitchen and from your second story room which has wrapped around windows on three sides for optimal viewing the Ocean gulf, Osa Peninsula and the surrounding lively jungle.

knowledge of the area, surf breaks to go to depending on your level. All the restuarants to recommend and other fun things to do like horse back riding, hiking tours and fishing.
There are surfboards for rent and surf lessons available.
There is a beautiful, secluded waterfall in the river next to the property with a twenty minute walk that you will love.

I am a professional builder from Aan Francisco, California. I built and remodeled high and homes and commercial work for restaurants and bars for 26 years. I decided to take my talents and skill set and bring him to the jungle to build a unique one of a kind custom high-end house that is full of amenities. I was ready to leave the city life and get more in touch with nature. I so enjoy being in nature is why I chose this property which is surrounded by the jungle. I enjoy, pets, designing, building, writing music, riding motorcycles and surfing.

I chose this quiet neighborhood because it lacks business. It is a 100 feet above sea level or 33m, yet as only 5 minute walk to the beach. It makes it a very unique spot in Pavones and very desirable. There are very few houses on the street and the people that do live here are very nice and most are not here all year long. This place is completely zen-like with a peaceful vibe, like no other yet close to town to be in the main thick of
everything the town has to offer. It is the best of both worlds by far. I love it.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This property is very unique because it is 33 m or a 100 feet above sea level. Yet it is only a five minute walk to the beach. We lack mosquitoes that the beach has an abundance of and we have a micro climate with a cool ocean breeze during the day and night which makes sleeping and the daytime more enjoyable. This spot is a true rarity in Pavones and very desirable, and I am so grateful I was able to find such a special spot that has an amazing ocean view of the Gulf and The Osa Peninsula. It is also right next to the Higuito river which you can hear running more towards the rainy season when the river fills up which also gives another sound of peace and tranquility along with all the jungle noises. This property does not flood during the rainy season and the road up to the property.You can do with a 2 wheel drive. It's not very long from the main road. Only a hundred and fifty meters.
