We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.
Guests love our responsiveness and clean, stylish and comfortable apartments.

The Space:
Unit #6 @ 2805 E 16th Ave is a 665 sqft 1BR on the 2nd floor front half of the building. Tons of natural light from large east-facing windows throughout and a newly remodeled kitchen. Two separate WFH workspaces in the den and bedroom office nook. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine from the bistro set on the deck outside your window!

* 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market
* 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District

* 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts
* Nearby hospitals: 5 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose. 15 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO

* Plenty of closet space and more storage available upon request
* Safe and quiet neighborhood nestled next to the park
INCLUDED AMENITIES
* All utilities & internet included. $150+/month value
* Fast internet. 300mgps download, 10mgps upload. Shared router may or may not be in-unit
* Smart TV, so you can use your own streaming service. No cable
* Free communal laundry in the basement
* Propane grill
Guest Access:
FREE STREET PARKING: On our immediate block, it's limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. Apply for a 90 day parking pass to park in the 2 hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
