The Space:
Unit #1 @ 1073 Downing St is a 450 sqft 1BR on the first floor with a great office nook on the back of the building. Great banquette in the den for dining and working. Small kitchen with no dishwasher but large sink with drying rack. Front and side entrances with direct access to communal laundry in the basement. Enjoy a coffee or glass of wine on the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Guest Access:
PARKING: 5 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in our parking lot in the backyard off the alley. Only 1 car per apartment in the lot. Street parking is free and available on our block.

LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the side door near the fire escape.

HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

Getting Around:
The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.

Other Things to Note:

LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.

PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
