Cozy Ranch House

Super cozy, cute & completely remodeled little rancher house. This house was built by a family member years ago. He was a cattle rancher. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. This house sleeps two adults and five kids, or six adults comfortably. There is a sitting area in the front porch. TV, wifi and a DVD player stocked with DVDs. Coffee hutch with a Keurig and hot chocolate. Yard & picket fench this summer. This home is perfect for a couple and will also fit a family
The space
There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. First room has a queen bed. Second room has a full and twin bunkbed. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress available. There is a sitting area in the front porch. There is TV, wifi and a DVD player stocked with DVDs. Coffee hutch with a Keurig and hot chocolate. Yard will be finished & picket fench to come this spring!

Fantastic Stay

Lovely, quiet, well priced, and great location for exploring Kanab and Grand Canyon area. We really enjoyed our stay here. The primary bed was like a cloud and it smelled so clean.

Didn't use them, but board games, books, table top shuffle board. Home is in a great location for visiting the parks in the area. Host responds almost immediately anytime contacted. Very well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this house on your next visit to the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the ranch home. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for comfort, and centrally located for every place we planned to visit. The local history and atmosphere of this area was fascinating. Our host was helpful and gracious. Highly recommend this home.

Clean, modern, convenient!

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could go to Antelope Canyon. The place was spotless with nice decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed to prepare some simple meals. Erika provided all the information we needed. The main bedroom faces the street and we could hear cars going by but it did not bother us. Highly recommend this place!

집은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 호스트와의 연결도 빠르고 편했어요. 이곳에서 브라이스캐년 1시간반거리, 자이온캐년 1시간반거리, 그리고 그랜드캐년노스림 1시간거리에 있습니다. 다소 멀다고 느낄수도 있으나 여유있는 여행일정이시라면 이곳에서 2~3박 머무시면서 캐년을 즐기는걸 추천드려요. 30분 거리에 큰 마트가 있고 이집에는 부엌시스템이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋았습니다
