It’s great to know the TVs and WiFi worked well and that the bedrooms offered plenty of space. That said, we sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced—especially the leaking bathroom sink and the non-functioning AC. It's disappointing to hear that these were not resolved during your stay, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re also sorry to hear the living room seating didn’t accommodate your group as well as expected.
