Rate: $75 per night (2-night minimum).
Temperature & Schedule: Heated to 85°F from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Includes: Pool heating and spa heating for the selected days.
Spa Heating:
Temperature: 101 degrees, natural gas heating.
Same-Day Spa Heat: Can be arranged on the day of use by using the house controls.
Spa-Only Heating (Without Pool Heating):
Rate: No charge (if pool heating is not requested).

Payment Options: Payment request will be sent prior to checkout.
Consecutive Days Required: Due to high natural gas costs and extended heating time, pool heating must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
1-Night Stays: Guests staying only one night will still be required to pay for two nights of pool heating, as the initial heating process takes almost an entire day.
Advance Notice Required: To ensure the pool is heated and ready for use, prepayment is required at least one day in advance.

What truly sold us on this home was the breathtaking view—waking up to the stunning mountains and overlooking the golf course is something we never get tired of. Whether you're here for the festivals, outdoor activities, or just to unwind, this neighborhood offers the best of it all!

To keep cool on hot afternoons, we have refreshing misters, and in the evenings, guests can gather around the cozy fire pit. Our full BBQ island and spacious dining table for eight make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors while taking in the breathtaking surroundings. It’s the perfect place to create unforgettable memories!
