We have a swim dock!



WATER LEVELS:

As of Sept 16, 2026 we currently have 6 inches of water off the dock.



PATHWAY TO DOCK: We have a paved pathway down to the dock with a few stairs near the bottom. The total distance from the house to the dock is 225ft.

Plenty of parking on the driveway. Please refrain from parking on the street. Take care to stay off the next-door neighbor’s lawn (their property touches our driveway at points).

Very quiet walkable neighborhood. Even though you will feel the seclusion of being on the lake, please note we do have neighbors.

Our pricing varies weekday to weekend, season to season, and holidays.

CHECK IN: 4PM-8PM

CHECK OUT: 10AM



CLEANING:

We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.



LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM):

May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support



LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY:

Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
