THE CABIN

Recently updated and pet-friendly, the cabin blends classic Shenandoah charm with modern convenience.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available by request (subject to cleaning schedules): $60 for one | $100 for both

LIVING AND DINING AREAS

The main living space is anchored by a large farmhouse dining table—perfect for unhurried meals, conversation, or a glass of wine after a day outdoors. A stocked bar cart makes it easy to mix cocktails or enjoy a bottle from a nearby vineyard.

The living room centers around a large stone fireplace, creating a cozy gathering spot for movie nights, reading, or simply enjoying the fire. A curated selection of books, games, and puzzles is provided for slow evenings indoors.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for intimate dinners or shared meals:

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Riverfront is thoughtfully laid out to offer both shared space and privacy:
- Primary bedroom: Queen bed
- Second bedroom: Twin + full bed
- Lower-level bedroom: Queen bed, private half bath, river views

The lower bedroom is accessed via an external illuminated exterior staircase, offering added privacy and separation. All bedrooms include comfortable, all-season bedding and wireless phone chargers.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Step outside to enjoy the best of Shenandoah living:
- Spacious deck with seating and outdoor dining
- Gas grill for relaxed meals
- Private six-seat hot tub, available year-round
- Fire pit just beyond the deck—perfect for music, conversation, and stargazing. Local firewood provided

RIVER ACCESS AND ADVENTURE

While the property does not directly border the river, guests enjoy easy access via a short walk (~500 feet) down the driveway.

Included for guest use:
- Kayaks & canoes
- U.S. Coast Guard–rated life vests (adults & children)
- Wheel cart for easy transport

Swimming and watercraft use are at guests’ own risk.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN

Though designed with couples in mind, Riverfront also welcomes families. Available amenities include:
- Pack-n-play
- Highchair
- Toys, games, and puzzles

PET-FRIENDLY

Up to two dogs are welcome for a one-time fee of $75.

We provide:
- Dog beds & blankets
- Food & water bowls

For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and beds and are not permitted in the hot tub. Additional cleaning fees may apply if cleaning exceeds standard use.

NOTES:

The lower bedroom and laundry area are accessible only via an exterior staircase, which is fully illuminated at night. The cabin offers river access nearby but is not directly waterfront.
