For a cozy stay conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit, just hop off I5 and enjoy a private entry to your own bedroom & bathroom in a safe neighborhood with free parking.

What a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Less than a mile to grocery stores & restaurants, 2 miles to Riverbend and 3 miles to Autzen & UO.

This private suite is a feel good, clean and calm space amidst the buzzing of your travels. Enjoy a comfortable queen bed and relax as you unwind at the end of your day. A full bathroom with a tub and shower completes the package.

Book this stay if you’re looking for a private bedroom and bath with your own entry. The suite is just over 200 sq. ft. and does not include additional living space. It’s a cozy, efficient setup with a small folding desk and chair—compact, but thoughtfully equipped with extra conveniences to make your stay comfortable.

This in a neighborhood and will have happy sounds of dogs, kids and an occasional garage band concert, all within reasonable hours.

This house is located in a residential neighborhood. Street parking is free and available right in front of the house.

We are dog friendly with a small private fenced pet area and a park 2 blocks away. We ask that you supervise & clean up.

We loved this studio! We were visiting family for the holiday and the house was just a little too small for one more couple, so we rented this studio. It had everything we needed and felt warm and cozy, except for the bathroom which was modern, clean, and absolutely lovely. Nothing like lots of family time followed by a glass of wine in quiet relaxing bubble bath. Our dog loved the fenced yard. 10/10. Will stay here next time we visit Eugene.

Everything was as expected, the only thigh we had a really hard time with is the excessive amount of parfume thats been used for laundry detergent. We couldn't sleep well at all because of that smell.

Easy on/off from the highway. Very close to Costco / gas and variety of nice restaurants. Located in a lovely little safe neighborhood. Pet-friendly with small enclosed outdoor area very convenient. Space is tight, but clean. "Kitchen" is the closet. Chalkboard wall a bit overwhelming for our taste, but seems to be enjoyed by many. Good energy. Friendly host who we didn't get a chance to meet but contacted for updated wi-fi password which was incorrect in the VRBO info section. (hopefully corrected by now). Would stay again.

Such a nice lil place to stay! I stayed at this great little place for just a couple of days while visiting my brother. The description is very accurate and the bed was very comfy and it was super clean. It had its own separate private entrance and was what I assume was formerly a back bedroom with its own en-suite bath that they partitioned off. It was very quiet and efficient and the price was very reasonable. It had a small dorm size fridge and a lil microwave but just be aware that the space is the size of just a bedroom so longer term may not be practical per se. But it suited my needs perfectly and the check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Would 100% stay again & recommend

Suited us very well for our one night stay on our way home after a 2 week road trip.Conveniently located close to downtown.Host had a very helpful ‘Welcome’ binder with places to eat and many places to walk and hike in the Eugene area.

Accomodating

This was a wonderful little place. Everything was modern and up to date, and it all worked. Plenty of linen, and a super comfortable bed. Private courtyard, and a nice quiet neighborhood to walk in. Close to everything. We loved this place, and would stay here again.

Quiet stay

The communication with the owner was great! I had to shift my dates due to travel and it was not an issue. The space is quiet, peaceful, and well put thought through.
