The space
The space is a basement apartment guest suite located just 1 mile away from the IHC Hospital in Murray. It is completely separate from the upstairs people. The basement is spacious with tons of room for storage. There are two bedrooms and an additional room where fitness equipment is located. In some rooms the ceiling height is slightly lower, so if you are tall please watch your head.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire basement apartment as well as the shared backyard.
Other things to note
One thing to note: This isn't necessarily a bad thing and has never been a problem, but just wanted you to be aware that since it is a basement apartment there is not a thermostat to control the temperature, as it is located upstairs. We always keep the space at a normal temperature, and we have the ability to adjust it a few degrees if you message us about it. There are also heaters, fans, and blankets that you can use downstairs. Opening/closing windows and vents is also a good idea to get your ideal temperature. Again, not a bad thing just something to be aware of!
