Perfect for families, groups, or remote workers, this spacious two-story property accommodates up to 8 guests and is both child and pet friendly. With its contemporary amenities and proximity to shopping, dining, and top schools, it’s the perfect base for your stay.

Unwind in 4 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with luxury mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. Thoughtfully decorated with convenient details like table lamps, hangers, and outlets, these rooms ensure your utmost comfort.

The home features 2.5 bathrooms, including two full baths with bathtubs, modern updates, and essential toiletries provided for your convenience.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a spice rack, and all the essentials like a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Whether you’re preparing family dinners or quick snacks, this kitchen has everything you need.

With free parking on the premises, you'll have easy access to your vehicle whenever needed. Plus, this pet-friendly home welcomes your furry companions, ensuring everyone in the family has a place to relax.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Parties/Events:
To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its guests. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the home, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
Quiet Hours:
Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.
Occupancy:
Please note that only the numbers of guests on the booking are permitted to stay overnight, ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort. Any undisclosed guests beyond the number in the booking will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave.
Parking:
Kindly park only in designated areas. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.
Smoking:
No smoking anywhere, including outdoor spaces. This is strictly a non-smoking property with a $500 fine per violation.
Damages:
Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.
SECURITY
This home includes security features such as smart locks, doorbells, and floodlight cameras for your safety and peace of mind. There are no parties allowed at this property and we ask you to maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 8am as a kindness to our neighbors. Any loud parties will be given one warning and then requested to leave immediately.
If we have to dispatch security for any reason, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
CHECK-IN/OUT
For your convenience, early check-in/late check-out can be arranged for a fee, subject to prior approval. Please provide ample notice if you would like to arrange this. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $150 fine to ensure adequate availability for all our guests and compensate our cleaner for any rush jobs required.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel.
If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.
Trash:
Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly. Additional trash left outside of the trash cans can be charged additional fees.
Pets:
We love pets and happily welcome your furry friends. We need the dog breed and any bite history MUST be disclosed during the booking process to comply with our home insurance. A $500 fine applies for pets that are not disclosed at time of booking.
A fee of $50 applies per pet per night for short stays. For 30+ nights $250/month per pet.
Please remember to clean up after your furry friends, and if you plan to leave them alone, we recommend crating them for their safety and comfort.
For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that pets refrain from sleeping on the beds or furniture, as this helps accommodate those with allergies.
In the event that any pet-related stains (such as urine or feces) occur, we will need to arrange for professional cleaning, sanitizing, and odor removal, which will incur additional charges to the guest. For each instance of pet droppings left on the property, there will be a $40 charge per occurrence.
For pet stays longer than two weeks, a bi-weekly cleaning will be required at a cost of $125 to ensure everything stays fresh and clean.
