All around exactly what we needed. Would just appreciate an updated listing as the pics are very old. Need a bit of upkeep and attention to things like sink drains, mold and over all exterior upkeep of the house. Beds are comfy, tvs in all rooms (need new batteries in 2) we needed no stairs for my elderly mom and pet friendly so it fit the bill for us! We’ve stayed at many places and I appreciate no one “checking on us” Kitchen is well stocked and we had a pleasant stay for sure. Couple of caveats *All beds squeak VERY LITTLE HOT WATER Front electric outlets don’t work Pool table not level making playing impossible I hate being negative, I’d stay here again, but as a business owner myself…I’d change these few things and make my place the best one out there! Great location too. Close to everything. Stop Thirty Road is a bit busy and noisy.

Great spot!

Great spot for quiet get togethers with the family and a big backyard for the kids to play. The location to downtown was perfect to get both busy Nashville and the easy country.

Awesome, easy and accommodating

Lovely place to stay. We just moved to Hendersonville and renovations were taking longer than expected. We found this place last minute and it was GREAT. They also let us extend our reservation a few times without any hassle. Excellent location near Hendersonville restaurants, grocery stores, parks, Costco etc. Laundry on site. Huge back yard, dog friendly. Just a great experience all around.

Great place to hang with friends!

Nice, quiet little property. Felt very safe. Close enough to Nashville to enjoy the nightlife there, yet still far enough out in the 'country' to enjoy the peace and quiet of that as well. Nice outdoor fire pit. There is a propane grill ready to use at your convenience. Host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Nashville Stay

This place was perfectly located and was a good place to stay with our group. It was clean and nice they provided a kitchen with amenities. They had tvs in all the bedrooms. A couple minor inconveniences were one of the showers had very little hot water tank and it would turn freezing cold after 2 minutes and both bathrooms were not fully stocked. This is a cute place for being a converted garage. We felt this place was overpriced for the type of unit.

Comfortabe Facility

Very comfortable facility. All we could want. 2 things we had issue with. The shower in the right bathroom as you walk into front door gets cold in middle of shower. Turn off and turn back on it gets warm again. Need more toilet paper for 6 people. Very great otherwise.

Good but needs some improvement

The home is big and roomy. Plenty of televisions. Nice kitchen area. Huge yard. The water pressure in the showers was very low. Could also use a few more hand and bath towels. The bedrooms only had small nightstands instead of dressers. That was inconvenient. The end tables in the living room area were iron with marble tops like something for outdoors. One of the end tables had a broken corner with sharp edges.

Great Place outside of Nashville

The good:(A) The place was very nice and very clean. (B) Very convenient to travel to Nashville and local stores but also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. (C) We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive.(D) Showers were hot and nice so I am not sure if they fixed the issue others complained about. (E) Kitchen was well stocked, sufficient soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc. were provided. (F) My dog was very comfortable here and it is pretty quiet in this location despite a fairly busy road out front. A few items to note. (A) It is not a place out in the country all its own. You share a driveway with another unit. We did not have any issues but it would have nice had that been disclosed prior to booking or at least in the cancellation period. (B) There needs to be more seating in the living room area. An added loveseat or couch would be very useful. Seating for 4-5 when you house 8-10 didn't really work for us.(C) While pet friendly, the fence does not completely enclose the back yard. This was not an issue for us but could be if your dog tends to wander.(D) All rooms have queen beds and there is not one room with two twins as described. 3 of the 4 rooms have a very comfortable mattress. They provided plenty of nice pillows. (E) The pool table needs to go or be repaired. It was broken, the balls went through the pockets and onto the floor, it was not level and just generally not in good shape. Loved it, would book again!

Room for Improvement

There were some opportunities for the host to improve the experience. We communicated all that with the host. Most issues were resolved in a very timely manner. Wi-Fi at this property is very poor. House could be in better shape before new guests arrive. I.e. toiletry and cleaning supplies. Backyard lights never worked

Perfect for groups!

8 adults stayed here, traveled in for a hockey tournament. Perfect location for all of our needs. Easy access for Uber to get to as well. Highly recommend!!

Home layout worked well for our family gathering!

Clean & comfortable home with open spacious living/dining room for grandkids to play. Great spacious yard for yard games. Deck area was nice, weather was extremely hot/humid/rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, but it looked nice. Bedrooms were all spacious enough for portable cribs, and beds were very comfortable!

Cute!

It’s a cute little barn and has a beautiful view behind it. There were tons of activities and the town was super close so we could pop off to grab groceries quickly, or eat out. Nashville was about a 24 minute drive, which was perfect for us.

Great House for Nashville area

We stayed at this property for 4 days while we toured Nashville and the surrounding areas. We had 7 adults in our group and the house was more than comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly. The house was beautiful, clean and served as a great home base for our vacation. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
