This 3-bedroom 2 bath home offers you all the amenities of home. Everything is within walking distance. The community store is across the street, a can take a very short walk to the community park and enjoy a refreshing dip in Lake Wanapum.

Each of our properties are within 10 minutes of the GORGE Amphitheatre! Our properties offer private off-street parking for your convenience with plenty of beds for sleeping.

Great and easy house to be in

Overall super easy communication with the host. House is functional, and great to hang out it. One note is that the upstairs bedroom is open to the downstairs (no door), so noise can travel. I definitely recommend and would re-book here for sure.

Labor Dave Weekend 2024

We had 8 of us for Labor Dave weekend at The Gorge. The house was great for us. The dual vanity upstairs being separate from the shower and toilet was key for us. It allowed more people to get ready at one time. The location of Sunland Estates to The Gorge is key, it just does not get any better. The house being located just 2 blocks from the Columbia River was awesome. House was nice and clean and DeAnna is super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunland delight

Stayed at this property with 2 other couples (6 total). Everything about the house was as advertised. Plenty of space for all. We had everything we needed. The community/neighborhood is what really makes this place special. It’s 2 blocks from the river. Everyone there rides around in golf carts. Seems like every house is a vacation home. Just a really nice area to be in. We were going to a co very at the gorge. It was less than 10 minutes away and very easy to get to and from. Overall. Highly recommend for a weekend away or convenient location for a concert.

Great stay!

Our family loved our stay. Super clean, spacious yard, great setup inside. Everything thing you need for a fun getaway that is close to the gorge. The host went above and beyond for us with thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion at Crescent Bar.

The property is conveniently located to the Gorge and all surrounding activities. It is a welcoming community. The Pizza place across the street has good food. The park and access to the river are great and within walking distance. We were surprised on how well the house was equipped for cooking and relaxing. We would definitely book again.

Great Stay for Joni Mitchell

We were happy to be so close to the Gorge in this funky neighborhood. It was very comfortable and well outfitted for our needs. So nice to have a close drive back after late and wonderful concerts. Will stay again!

Great spot!

Stayed here with some friends for a concert at the Gorge. Great location (approximately 10 minutes driving from the venue without traffic). Very clean and spacious. Deanna was also a great communicator. Highly recommend!

Great location and outdoor space

Had a blast out on the river but really enjoyed coming back to this house. Amenities were fantastic and the backyard was great for winding down the evening. Would 100% recommend this property to future vistitors!

Great house and location

This house was a pleasant surprise. It was super clean and well stocked with everything our group needed. The owner, Deanna, is amazing and made sure that our stay worked with a disabled dog. The location is perfect for anyone attending a Gorge concert or just wanting to gather with friends and family.

Our stay here was top notch. There isn’t anything this house doesn’t have. Great location to the water or the Gorge. The host Deanna was amazing. I would rent this house 100 times over. We’ve rented tons of houses for our stays in Eastern WA and this now makes the top of our list. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

My wife, Sister and Brother in law wanted to attend a concert at the Gorge but also wanted to have our kids with us. This place is really close to the venue, has beautiful views, is clean and comfortable and large enough to have our kids and Mother and Father in laws to hang with them while we went to the show. The Pizza place and general store provided for all of our last minute food needs. Public access to the river is very close but we did not make it over there.

Perfect location!

Great place, great location, great host!! All communication was quick and thorough, the place was just as it looked in the photos and we were pleasantly surprised with a nice pizza/bar/and convenient store near by!

My friends and I stayed at Deanna's property this past Labor DAVE weekend to enjoy DMB. It was a reunion of friends over 10 years in the making, the house was absolutely perfect! Very clean and bright and was very welcoming. We loved the pictures and reminders of where we actually were :) I would absolutely recommend this house and will be looking to book again on our next adventure! Deanna was super fast in replying to my questions and very friendly, What a fabulous weekend, thank you again Deanna, you are awesome!
