Loved the room and the location! The hostess thought of everything to make my stay peaceful and comfortable... just what I needed.... as the trip to the area involved transporting my brother to his cancer treatments. Will definitely stay at Pond View Cottage in the future!

This was very well located to the areas that we wanted to visit. The cottage was very clean, and quiet. Our host left us lots of good information for restaurants, etc. and baked goods that were delicious. We would stay here again!

My friend and I stayed here for a little weekend trip and it was lovely. Everything was well kept and comfortable. The property is surrounded by woods and is nicely tucked away from the city. We appreciated the little breakfast tray that was left for us, all homemade baked goods. Would stay again!

This property had everything we needed. Out host provided nice touches, e.g., breakfast muffins, all sorts of coffee and tea, and numerous written instructions regarding the suite and procedures. Couldn't have gone more smoothly.

This place was so sweet. The host make the cutest little pastries and the coffee pods were perfect. Bathroom was beautiful and bedroom was relaxing and lovely. Bed was great, no aches in the morning. Close to everything you want to see in the area. So peaceful.

Great location, lovely host

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lucille is a wonderful host, lots of small touches to make guests comfortable. Delicious breakfast foods, comfortable bed, even the shower is great! Wish there were more instructions on the TV, as I am not very savvy on it, but that's my issue. Definitely a great place to stay to explore the Doylestown area.

This was a great little getaway! In a secluded area with plenty of quite, but close enough to shopping/restaurants/bars in nearby Doylestown/New Hope/Peddlers Village. The host was wonderful! Very friendly, welcoming, and thought of every little detail. Even had delicious homemade baked goods. Thank you, Lucille for a great weekend getaway!

Super cute room, well stocked with just about anything we needed. The host had prepped the room very well; notes were posted to help with stay. It snowed about 6" while we were there and they shoveled out a path for us to get to our car. Juice, scones, coffee and water were in a well-stocked fridge. No complaints at all, will stay again next time we're in the area.

5 StarsWe had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lucille was a friendly and thoughtful host who went above and beyond—she even made us some delicious breakfast pasties and refreshing drinks that really made us feel at home. The location was perfect, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pond View Cottage did NOT disappoint especially if you are looking for an intimate, warm and cozy getaway. Ms. Lucille made the most decadent treats for breakfast and the snacks were well appreciated. It is 8min to Peddlers Village and 15min to New Hope, which we got to enjoy both and we look forward to staying here again <3

This cottage is a gem! It is a quiet and peaceful place to stay only 5 minutes from downtown Doylestown. The hosts thought of every possible amenity, even having our favorite breakfast items and homemade baked goods waiting for us! We woke to a deer grazing near the pond and a buck laying in the woods just beyond our deck. I will definitely be looking to come back here if we are in the area again.

This beautiful property was in a great location- convenient to Downtown Doylestown, New Hope, and Lambertville, where there are so many restaurants, pubs, shops, bookstores, and things to do. The owner’s attention to detail made our stay so enjoyable! Homemade baked goods, Keurig coffees, fruits, and even chocolates on the pillows! We had our own private deck, private entrance, and access to the beautiful grounds. A hidden gem in a perfect location for all of our activities! Thank you Lucille!

This is a country property off a road that makes it easy and quick to get to all that the area has to offer. Whether working, gardening or just relaxing, it's a pleasure to enjoy all the flora and fauna. I love being able to zip into town for a bite and a movie at the local arthouse theater. Or walk across the street to the farm stand selling eggs & produce in season.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Transplanting many flowers from my old garden to this new one continues to enhance it, although, the competition is tough with all the fabulous blooming trees around the property. It's a perfect blend, a country setting minutes away from a thriving town, within 2 hours of New York City and about an hour drive to Philadelphia. Sitting by the pond or overlooking it from the adjoining deck having breakfast or wine at night make this place very special. I will adapt to your traveling style, more personal contact or more privacy, whatever works for you. Looking forward to your stay!
