Important Notes:
• To comply with local rules and regulations, the primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Additionally, submission of rental agreement within 48 hours of booking is required. Rental in agreement will include a signed rental contract, registration information (including guest names & ages), and photocopy of ID.

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damages incurred for use or misuse of indoor fireplaces or outdoor fire pit.
