Vacation At Its Finest presents “Beach Breeze,” located in the Luxurious Grand Villas at TOPS’L Beach and Racquet Resort. This brand-new 2-story custom-designed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers a harmonious blend of comfort, style, and modern amenities for your dream vacation. Guests will enjoy upscale furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a covered patio with outdoor seating, an additional full bunk room, a bonus sitting room, and much more! This lovely beach home will accommodate ten guests.

The first floor features a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second floor offers a second master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also located on the 2nd floor is a guest bedroom with a cozy queen bed and a full bathroom. A few steps away is a delightful 5th Bedroom that is a full bunk room with six twin beds, each thoughtfully equipped with individual outlets and built-in lamps for your convenience. Every bedroom in the house is outfitted with a smart TV ensuring entertainment options for everyone. The outdoor area features a covered patio with outdoor seating and a well-appointed outdoor kitchen, complete with a stainless steel gas grill.
The first floor boasts an open and inviting living area with a gas fireplace and a generous 70-inch HDTV. The gourmet kitchen, featuring Viking appliances and bar seating, is a chef's delight and offers all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create a gourmet meal. A large dining area comfortably seats ten, making it the perfect setting for family meals and gatherings. On the second floor, a wet bar with a drink fridge offers a convenient space to relax and unwind, while an office space with a desk and TV is available for work or leisure. For added convenience, there are laundry rooms on both the first and second floors.
Parking accommodations include a 2-car garage with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. The garage features an EV charger for your convenience.

The TOPS’L community offers a private paradise with 24-hour security, private beach access, a free resort tram, and three on-site restaurants with great food and live entertainment.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
