Thank you for the use of your beautiful home. The rooms are large; the beds are comfortable and the kitchen cabinets contained all the pots and pans needed for our purposes. The pool was a huge success for our grandchildren; even our one-year-old granddaughter loved it.It was great to have our family in one place.

Some minor glitches as you might expect but overall great property very close to a really nice stretch of beach. Beach is private to the community on that short road so not overly crowded even on Memorial Day. Convenient to other amenities as well. We would stay there again.

Birthday weekend Trip

The property was beautiful the beach Is on the same road as the property. Easy access to restaurant a great breakfast spot across the street and quick shopping down the street.

Floors were a little dirty when we arrived and the house needed some cosmetic touch ups but overall was a great location and great house.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Avant Stay customer service was excellent and fast. The location to the private beach access was very convent.

Property is decent. Ample amount of space for big family (8 adults and 3 kids). Could benefit from deeper cleaning, though, and sturdier beds. Overall no complains.

Such a wonderful property. SO clean. Close walk to the beautiful beach. I have everything wonderful to say and hate to leave anything negative..but we had a large group and there were not enough dishes, silverware, baking dishes. We had to go purchase cooking sheets, disposable utensils, etc. One of the ovens did not work and neither dishwasher worked properly so we had to hand wash the dishes. There were ample towels, the beds were comfortable and bedrooms were very spacious. However, it did not tarnish our stay at all. The accommodations were PERFECT!

The kitchen was clean. It didn't have any cleaning supplies under the sink like most to wipe down counter tops or things like that. But that was okay. Shopping was nearby with easy access.

Friends Getaway

The layout of the house was great. We especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We had 2 issues with entry codes that came up and management handled it within minutes. The beach is beautiful and bars/restaurants/stores are close. The washer and dryer are too small for this size house and the pool area/outdoor furniture are a little run down. Overall I would definitely recommend this property for your family or group.

I cannot begin to tell you how much we loved this house. My wife and I were the first to arrive, and our jaws literally dropped. It's so nice, and so well appointed, and the location was perfect.The memory-foam mattress was such a nice surprise, that we're changing to that when our old mattress gives out.The pool was clean and heated, as we requested. There was ample outdoor seating, and they had one propane tank ready for the grill, with a back-up in case we rant out.We had every appliance we could have needed, plenty of pots and pans and cutlery... which was great, as we cooked most evenings.But the thing that REALLY sets the Salty Sun apart is the attention from her owners. We had, maybe, five questions during our stay. I am not being hyperbolic when I say that this VRBO has the most ridiculously fast response rate... EVER. We never waited more than 15 minutes for an answer, no matter the time we asked. The attention to service is second to none, and we cannot wait to return!

Tango Mar

Overall the house was very nice. We fit the accommodations nicely. I would recommend this stay. It is so close to the amazing beach. The group that manages the property got right on the issues and we’re very nice to work with. A couple of cautions might be the following: 1. The house was pretty banged up by the people who stayed before. I would document with pictures to let them know. 2. The house felt and smelled a little dirty or stale. Nothing a quick cleaning couldn’t fix. 3. I’d be cautious of the heated pool. It kept turning off and so the pool wouldn’t stayed heated. You won’t need this in a few weeks but it was cold while we stayed. We asked for a refund and haven’t heard back.
