Lakefront Retreat - Boat & Swim Dock + Fire Pit

Perched on a hill with breathtaking views of Lake Catherine, this 7-acre property offers high-end furnishings and appliances for your comfort. Enjoy year-round lake access via a private dock, complete with a swim dock, a lilly-pad, and kayaks for your use. This is a 3 bedroom 3 full-bath home that is recently renovated and includes high-end furnishings and appliances to match. It includes 2 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 2 twins. There are two full baths with walk-in frameless showers and the other with a bathtub.

There is a very large private fenced backyard for your canine friends and 6.8 acres for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.

You also have your own private boat dock with swim platform which includes kayaks and life jackets and a Lilly pad for playing in the water.

You will have access to the entire home. You will also have access to a private dock with swim dock. To access the dock you will park at top of hill after near the guard rails and walk down the stairs. We highly recommend you dont attempt this at night because it’s very dark and steep. If you are concerned about driving your car down a very steep incline you can park your car in the RV spot just to the left before the steep hill.

Please DO NOT drive your car down past this spot, there is a private cabin at the bottom of the hill that is another one of our rental properties and it is likely occupied. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

We will not be present on the property so please message us on Airbnb or text us.

If you’re looking to book for a larger group, we also have a beautiful cabin on the lake available on the same property that can sleep an additional 4-6 people. Contact us for more details and availability.

A welcome packet will be shared prior to your arrival with additional details.

We only allow extended stay bookings from guests who have multiple positive reviews and a profile over 6 months old.
This is our home, not a hotel, please treat it as such.
Front-door access code will be provided before check-in. We welcome your pups but please clean up after them and keep them off the furniture and beds. 2 dogs maximum, if you absolutely must bring more than 2 dogs there will be an additional $50 pet fee per dog. Sorry, we don’t allow cats.

Guests must be at least 24 years old to rent this property.

Please don't forget to text us when you check out. Check out is 11:00, a late fee may be applied if you check out after 11:00.

1. No parties or events allowed.
2. Please be courteous of your neighbors at the cabin and the shared dock
3. Do not stay at the dock after dark
4. No pets on the furniture or bed. If pet fur is found on the furniture or beds you will be assessed an additional $50 cleaning fee.
5. Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside. If our cleaning crew reports residue from smoking inside you could be subject to an additional $500 cleaning fee.
6. No unregistered guests allowed.
7. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms
8. Please turn up the AC and lights off when you go out.
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You’re responsible for damages.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please do your dishes.
13. Please take the trash out before you leave.
14. Please make sure to put the kayaks and canoe back if you used them and put the life jackets and paddles back
15. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
