Este magnífico condominio ofrece un acogedor espacio abierto que incluye una sala de estar, comedor y una cocina abierta, 2 habitaciones cerradas con camas queen size y una cama queen murphy en el espacio abierto. Te encantará la comodidad de los colchones viscoelásticos, ¡es una buena noche de sueño garantizada! También hay 1 baño completo, un baño (con lavabo, inodoro, lavadora y secadora) y mucho espacio para que todos se sientan como en casa. I stayed at this property with 3 friends for a weekend. We absolutely loved our stay here - the apartment is beautiful! Very spacious, well-decorated and clean, and very secure with multiple door codes (one to enter building and one to enter unit). The location was great - walkable to the downtown area and many great plateau restaurants, but very close to key bus routes and Mt Royal metro. The hosts were amazing - very quick/easy to communicate with. When our departure times had to be adjusted, they were very understanding and let us leave our bags in the unit while it was being cleaned, so we could explore more on our last day without lugging our bags around. Would absolutely recommend staying here and I would stay here again in the future!

We had a fabulous stay. The location was near plenty of restaurants and stores, as well as public transportation. The property managers were prompt in their replies to our inquiries during our stay, and went the extra mile to make it a great stay.

Great spot in the Plateau

We greatly enjoyed our stay and the hosts are wonderful. The flat is clean, well-stocked and has comfortable furniture. It is very well-located for exploring the Plateau.

Fabulous location comfortable accommodations

We were four adults and a baby-it was wonderful to have a lot of room for the baby to run around and fabulous to have a pack and play and highchair. The proximity to the metro was fabulous, and the place was spotless.

Perfect fall getaway

With the proximity to Mont Royal and to the metro, this rental was perfect for dashing into Old Town for dinner and site seeing and good for getting exercise and enjoying the night life scene.

Great stay in Montreal

This is a large apartment in a good location. The apartment was clean and ready as advertised. We also used the parking spot a block from the apartment, which was very helpful. This apartment is located on a busy street, with lots of restaurants which was convenient. Each room had a fan, which was great. We enjoyed the stay.

Just as advertised, very clean, super comfortable beds

Overall it was a great experience! The apartment has lots of space, incredibly comfortable beds and is very clean. The host was super responsive and clearly is very interested in making sure his guests have the best experience. Two thumbs up and would definitely recommend the place to those visiting Montreal!

Best place to explore Montreal and Quebec City in the heart of Mont Royal area.

The place right in the heart of Mont Royal area. The place is safe, clean and easy walk to Metro station. All the appliances and furnitures are pretty new. They have necessary utensils, cutlery and dining area for a nice family dinners. The hosts are very fast to communicate and pretty clear with instructions. There are lot of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to vacation around the area.

Our new favorite neighborhood!

Apartment was modern and clean, spacious layout for our group of 3 adults and a toddler. We loved the neighborhood- tons of bars, shops and restaurants. Up 1 flight of stairs. Would definitely return!

this is a gorgeous, clean and super spacious apartment. well-appointed and in a great location (three blocks from the metro). communication from yann and his team was quick and easy from the very beginning, so was check-in, check-out and everything else about our stay. we highly recommend this place - and will stay here when we return to montreal (but not until it is much warmer).

Great apartment, great location.

Second time staying at the apartment. Well provisioned (kitchen, linen, towels etc). Clean and well maintained. It can get a bit warm inside the apartment but use of AC and closing curtains when out for day keeps it in check. Location is great - heart of the Plateau with great restaurants and bars nearby. Metro nearby too. I’d highly recommend the place.

This is a beautiful property with all necessary amenities.

The unit is very clean and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in Montreal. There are many bars, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Taxis run right down Mont Royale Ave. or you can easily use Uber. The management is easy to work with and very responsive. I would definately rent from them again. My only issue was the noise from the neighbors upstairs also mentioned in snother review. I contacted management and they responded immediately. It was a bit better after that so they must have contacted the tenant. Otherwise, this unit is perfect. I felt like a resident of Montreal while staying here for a week. You wont go wrong renting from MTL. They are the best.

Perfect location

My husband and I and two adult daughters traveled to Montreal for a wedding. We arrived early to explore the city. This apartment was perfectly located for our purposes, a few blocks from Montreal's excellent Metro system. While we didn't expect it to be so hot and humid in the city we really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is on a fun pedestrian street with grocery, bagels, gluten-free bakery and many patio restaurants in walking distance. I was afraid it would be noisy at night but it was not; it was hard to hear any street noise. The apartment was perfect for the four of us, very clean, and a great big kitchen. No complaints. I would highly recommend this property to others visiting Montreal. Also, we were able to travel everywhere with our Metro passes and never waited very long for a train. We also walked a lot, but it was a great way to see your beautiful city.

Great Stay in Montreal

Terrific Mont-Royal apartment for our family of 3. Unit was clean, nicely appointed (yes, lots of Ikea but totally cozy), well stocked with everything we needed, and in a great location (easy access to buses/metro and a cute neighborhood overall). Like another visitor mentioned, the air conditioning is only in the main living area, totally fine for our cooler weather stay but the bedrooms could be warm in the heat of summer. Also, there is a family residing in the apartment directly above, and we could hear the kiddos running around. And as another visitor mentioned, it is a busy street, so you can hear a decent amount of street traffic, but nothing beyond usual city/communal living on both accounts. All totally fine. The managers were very responsive and indulged multiple questions and helpfully accommodated an earlier check in for us. Would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay again. Thank you!!

Ideal Plateau-Montreal space for 4!

As two couples, we were hoping for a home base that provided some basics: separate bedrooms, enough comfortable seating in shared space, laundry, and a functional kitchen. This suite delivered on all that and more. It's clean (and was easy to keep clean, even in the muck of winter), plenty of seating, lots of space, a truly full-functioning kitchen, and all the amenities we needed. It's also incredibly convenient that each room has its own temperature controls to keep things comfortable for everyone. In addition to meals at incredible restaurants, our 11-day stay included shopping at Montreal's exceptional markets and having a couple of meals in. The kitchen was well-stocked with tools, supplies, and all we needed to make the most of the incredible selection available at the markets. With a bagel shop right across the street and one of the city's many great patisseries right down the street, it was also easy to spend mornings in. The Murphy bed means the space could have accommodated a fifth person, a third couple, or kids - and the fact that it can be used without need of moving around other furniture is brilliant. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montreal and looking for an ideal location in one of the city's most central neighborhoods. It was especially fantastic during the holidays! Thank you - we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great apartment in heart of The Plateau

Just stayed for a week at this apartment run by Yann and Caroline. It was for my wife and I and our 2 children. First the apartment - clean, bright and modern. No negatives. Well provisioned and towels and linen all of a good quality. Beds v comfortable. Apartment is a 2 bed with a bathroom between the bedrooms plus there is another bathroom (no shower) with full sized stacked washer/ dryer. All around, the place was one of the nicest VRBO apartments I’ve rented. Now the area. This place is really in the heart of The Plateau; corner of Mont Royal and Christophe Columbe (sp?). Great restaurants and bars all around or wander down St. Dennis or along Duluth (parallel a few blocks south). Great ice cream at Le Diperie a couple of blocks east of the apartment (like 30 different dips for soft serve). We walked about mostly - not too long a walk to the park on the mountain (Mount Royal - head due west out the front door). Uber works great in Montreal but there also appeared to be cabs queued up across the street. Mont Royal Metro stop is a few blocks away which can be handy (the Montreal Metro is not as big a system as say NYC but for the size of the city it serves its purpose well plus all stops connect to buses which seemed frequent). I would be happy to rent this place again and appreciate the job that Yann and Caroline and team (Noeme sp?) did.
