North East Shore Hawaiian Paradise: This property is located in the perfect spot on the North East Shore with gorgeous views of the ocean. It's the perfect getaway for you and your family. Ka'a'awa Kasa is a tranquil escape for guests looking to unwind. Located at the base of the Koʻolau Mountains, this house is a tropical getaway that offers a gorgeous kitchen stocked with all the appliances, pans, cooking tools, and Kona coffee you'll need. This house has 3 cozy bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, making it perfect for families or friends looking to relax. Enjoy the convenience of 1GB WIFI, a 65-inch Smart TV, a washing machine & dryer, an iron, and a hair dryer during your stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials. Brand new finishes inside and out mean this house is one-of-a-kind. Your only problem will be choosing which beach, waterfall, or food truck you want to visit first. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
Nestled in the Hawaiian Islands' remote tropical rainforests, our property shares this beautiful environment with some common critters, such as ants, mosquitoes, roaches, and geckos. To minimize encounters, please close doors promptly, avoid leaving food/crumbs out, and refrain from eating in bed.
The house has an exterior Blink camera system that is on. The interior camera in Living Room is off during your stay (you are welcome to unplug it during your visit, please plug it back in once your stay is complete).
NOTE: This is a MID-TERM rental, NOT a "SHORT TERM RENTAL", Rates are based on a 29 nights/30 days/monthly rental period. If you do not need 29 nights/30 days you will receive the dates that correspond with the start and end of your contracted dates of your 29 night booking duration, We prefer a minimum of 10 or 14 days occupancy during that time. Please feel free to contact us anytime with any questions and for further details on rental stipulations, as it is far easier to explain over the messaging feature here on VRBO.
