Other Things to Note:

- Pack 'n Play and high chair rentals are available for $25 each plus tax. This condo is in the heart of La Jolla Village, just steps from restaurants and shops, so some typical urban noise may be present. The property includes stairs and has one reserved parking space in the garage. No smoking or parties are allowed, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis, with a fee of $150 plus tax per pet. 30 night minimum stay. Application, deposit, and lease required.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
