Welcome to Our Cozy Cabin in Graeagle! Timber and Trails Lodge
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Lost Sierras, our charming cabin offers the perfect getaway. Just a short walk from the picturesque town of Graeagle, you'll find a peaceful retreat ideal for relaxation and adventure.
This cozy cabin sleeps 6, with 2 comfortable bedrooms, a pullout couch, and 1 bath—perfect for families or small groups. Unwind by the warmth of the woodstove after a day of exploring, or enjoy a movie night with smart TVs in every room!
The well-equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up a delicious meal, and when the weather’s nice, the outdoor seating area and a Gas BBQ provide a great spot to enjoy your meal under the open sky.
Whether you’re hiking the scenic trails, fishing nearby lakes, or simply soaking in the tranquil surroundings, our cabin is the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories.

Ceiling fans and small fans - This home was built without A/C
Stainless Appliances and an updated open concept kitchen
Fenced back yard safe for the kids
T.V service is via ROKU - directions on how to use the T.V. will be in your guidebook
Patio furniture includes Square patio table with 6 matchings chairs as well as two lounge chairs
***This home has 3 exterior cameras and 1 video door bell
**This home has a regular coffee maker that uses grounds
***This home was built without A/C
***Garage is for owner use only

Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.
Other Things to Note:
We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.
Interaction with Guests:
**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
