OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Accommodations: Sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. - Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

The property was in a nice neighborhood. The house itself was overall nice, but had some worn items - stove top was permanently stained and one eye didnt work at all. Some of the furniture was old with stains also. No curtains or blinds over blaring sun in early morning in top bedroom.Elevator was nice to have and very useful. For a house this expensive, a pool would have been nice, as community pool was quite cloudy and lots of kids. No tables on outdoor decks and aome decks had no furniture. Again for a expensive house we do expect all these things. Having a 5pm checkin and 10am checkout is ridiculous - should be charged only 1/2 day on checkin day
