Randy was an excellent host. The place was near our daughter’s home and very convenient to coffee shops. We really appreciated the off street parking.

The furniture in the living room was very comfortable as were the beds. We enjoyed our stay and walking to bus stops to explore the city. We chose this area to be close to the family we were visiting. We had a quick response from the host when needed. It was a little like staying at Grandma's with the retro feel of the place.

Check-in was smooth, everything was clean, and well organized. The hosts were excellent communicators. Our stay was comfortable and the neighborhood was beautiful and centrally located to numerous Seattle attractions. Also, the mid-century modern style was very appealing. Five stars.

This is a great place to stay. The owners have used their respective work skills in interior design and stone masonry to finish and furnish the apartment tastefully and comfortably. The apartment evokes the style of an earlier era, the 1950s, but the finish is superb, with all the conveniences a modern traveler could look for. Off-street parking is a big plus. The Wallingford neighborhood is full of charm, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks up the hill from the apartment, and down the hill Lake Union and Gasworks Park, with a spectacular view across the water of the downtown skyline. A ring binder of instructions explains everything you need to know from the moment of checkin to checkout, with contact information for the hosts (whom you also may meet as we did when they came to do a little outside yard work) if you have any questions. My son was so impressed with the place that he immediately booked another visit for a few months later, and we plan a return next year. I have never been so reluctant to see the end of my stay in a vacation rental as I did on this occasion.

We couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful and compassionate host. During an incredibly difficult and unexpected situation, they reached out to check on us, expressed genuine concern for our well-being, making sure we took the time we needed to regroup before our drive home.The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly stood out was the kindness and humanity they showed us. We’ll never forget it.Thank you for your compassion. We are so grateful and would absolutely stay here again

It’s a great place for the price and location. Many great dining options can be found only a few blocks away. The pictures are very accurate. One quirky thing about Seattle is most windows don’t have screens, so opening windows overnight isn’t really an option. Also, the laundry requires quarters.

A clean cozy spot with a top-notch parking arrangement. Convenient to U District, northern suburbs, and downtown. I plan to stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Our host was very well organized and easy to get in touch with. The apartment was clean. We had fresh linens and all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The apartment was close to restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. We rented cars in the neighborhood or walked wherever we needed to go. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Great Location

This place was very clean and had extremely comfortable beds. The location is great being very near the UW campus for us yet only a 10-15 minute drive into downtown Seattle. The town of Wallingford is cute and you can walk to many restaurants. We will definitely stay again if our son decides to go to UW.

Home away from home.

The apartment was attractive, clean, comfortable and well stocked with supplies that made you feel like a valued guest. We had nothing but positive experiences while staying here, The apartment is conveniently located to all Seattle attractions and has plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely rent again when in the Seattle area.

The property was wonderful

We loved the house and Randy was very nice and informative. This was our first time in Seattle and we had a great time. We will definitly recommend this property to all our friends. The location was perfect and close to everything. My cousin Alyce who lives in the Greenlake area showed us all the sites and many local places.

Wonderful place

We were on a father-son vacation visiting Seattle for the first time. This was an ideal place to stay and had everything we would possibly need. It is located a short Uber ride from the downtown and tourist atrractions. Randy, the owner, was most helpful and gave us a number of useful touring suggestions.

Seattle was great

Everything went smoothly during our week's stay in Seattle. The location was great. It is conveniently close close to interstate 5 for our trips to Vancouver and Mt Rainier. Randy and Teri stocked the apartment with everything that we needed. My wife was especially impressed with all the kitchen provisions that they provided
