Be punctual, if you exceed this time without authorization from the host an additional night will be charged (base rate); this payment will not mean the extension of the reservation. If exceeding your check-out time requires canceling the next reservation, you must cover the total amount of it.

2. To make loud noises from 10pm to 8am
3. To smoke indoors
4. Visitors without previous authorization

☆Please help us take care of the linens. Makeup stains, food, blood, etc. will be charged for extra cleaning.
In case of dirtiness beyond normal use,the cost of an additional cleaning person will be charged.
